Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Quelfes

Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights in this beautiful apartment, would have liked to stay longer!! But you have to know that the apartment is not directly in Faro, but in Estoi (about 20 minutes by car). The place is very quiet, nice and really Portuguese.

Nice and clean apartment. Somewhat outside the city center, but at walkable distance (20 min.). Free, safe parking on site. Nice pool and terrace area. Aldi shop one minute away (walking). Very easy communication with Priscilla.

The house to disengage, in simplicity, refreshing. It is very well equipped with dishes, linens, we have the impression of arriving at friends who have left everything available. The big plus is this beautiful beach 2 steps away . It just went too fast

Feel-good accommodation! We felt very comfortable with Mateus from the first minute. Great decor with a lot of love for detail. Kitchen well equipped and large, clean bathrooms. The complex is lovingly designed, the pool invites you to refresh. Ideal as a starting point to explore the area. Thanks, Mateus!

We had a great week at Philippe’s place. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great spot to explore Olhão. The roof terrace gets the sun from Midday and was a lovely place to enjoy a meal and a drink in the evening. Philippe was nothing but helpful and we’d stay again if ever back in town!

Beautiful modern well equipped house in quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the central market area with some lovely restaurants. The roof terrace is wonderful and you can sunbathe or chill in the shade whatever your preference. Responsive host. Would highly recommend.

This place was amazing and Carmen was there to help us during the entire stay. Amazing heated pool and the beer machine was of great help.

Great, just exactly as advertised, just be wary if you’re coming in the summer time it gets noisy until 11pm. But if your out eating it won’t matter

We loved our stay in this apartment - quiet, safe neighbourhood and easy to walk into the centre & train station. Very well-equipped, clean & comfortable and the roof terrace is a fantastic bonus. Joao was very welcoming and helpful at check-in and with recommendations during our stay.

After traveling from Malaga Nuno’s place was perfect rest from travel. He was very communicative and got us the directions easily to get inside. The apartment was very spacious and perfect fit for the five of us Very close to the shopping mall for us to get groceries. The two bathrooms were helpful and even took a nice hot bath. Kitchen was large enough for a few of us and having refrigerator and microwave helped greatly. Good stay !

Raquel is one of the most communicative and responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with on Airbnb. The location of this home is unbelievable. I fell in love with Albufeira from the first few hours i was there, and couldn’t believe how well-situated this place was to all the fun the area has to offer. ACs and most amenities worked well. I’m not sure if it’s a design related to homes in that area, but the open bathroom in the master bedroom, including the shower design, seemed impractical. I needed to rearrange items in that area, and wipe the floor/toilet after every shower. The iron was unusable due to a stain on the ironing surface, and risk of damaging clothes. The washing machine was small and not very effective. We needed to do a lot of loads to clean our clothes, then air dry them, but glad we had a washer! Overall, this is a great place, Raquel’s a great host, and i recommend booking, for anyone visiting Albufeira. Great for 2 ppl, but could accommodate a couple more too. Enjoy!

The appartement was all we could ask for! Fabio made us feel at home. It was an amazing stay! I would greatly recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy Faro’s old town.

Pedro is available and accommodating for check-in and checkout times. Very nice, communication went well. The accommodation is located in the historic center of Olhão in the pedestrian streets. Its location was very convenient for walks, access to the port, market and other activities. Same to go further east of the Algarve. We spent a lot of time outside but the apartment was well equipped for what we needed. Beware of late risers, you can hear the street and the church in the morning.

3rd visit - perfect apartment, great location and immaculate inside.

Maria was a great host and so helpful with anything requested. We had an issue with the lobby entrance of the building and she resolved this by communicating with the building management. We had a great time in the accomodation and felt relaxed for our week abroad with the children

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Gorgeous home, very clean. In a great location next to shops and restaurants, and a very short walk from the beach. Would definitely return!

We had a fantastic week in Elisa’s apartment, the view is beautiful! So lovely to see and hear the sea everyday. It’s a short walk into town with lots of great bars and restaurants, we also easily got parked nearby. Elisa was a great host, very responsive and I recommend reading her blog with loads of great recommendations for exploring the algarve. Thank you Elisa!

We had a amazing time staying at Gavin and Amanda’s property. They were flexible with our arrival time allowing us to check in early, as Gavin met as upon arrival and showed us around the apartment, informing us with all the information we could require as well as recommending some great locations for day trips. The apartment was in perfect condition, exactly as described and matching the photos provided. The kitchen also had more than we could possibly need, with a cupboard containing a variety of spices so that we could easily do our own cooking, as well as other essentials such as, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, all sorts of kitchen utensils, and milk and bottled water left for us in the fridge. The location was perfect, a 10 min walk away from supermarkets, and a 5 min walk to local restaurants and the markets. I would really recommend this apartment to anyone booking a holiday in portugal as it is also very close to faro, only a €15 uber away! Thank you, we loved our stay!

We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!

Chic apartment, large and clean swimming pool. Very quiet. No problem when entering and leaving. Apartment with all equipment. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back .
