Monthly Rentals in Quan Hoa

Stayed in Rose room for 1 month in August/September 2024. Last room at the end of the hallway, very quiet. Room was as advertised. Very clean, no unpleasant surprise. Security guards 24/7 provide a total peace of mind. Trang was always very responsive to any questions. Being close to a busy street (Đào Tận) the area offers so many different and delicious places to eat at, from restaurants to street food. It is also a walking distance to Lotte center and Vincom Center Metropolis, adjacent to Japan town if this is your thing. It's about 15min away from Hồ Hoàn Kiếm by Grab or 1-hr+ walk. Perfect to be away from the tourist area and have a Hanoian experience. I will definitely come back at my next opportunity.

I had a very nice stay here. Room was clean, just as described and well furnished. The location is in the central area so it is very convenient to move and explore Hanoi. The host is friendly, responsive and very helpful during my stay. Very satisfied and will come back again sometime

The room is easy to find, there is an elevator, access with an automatic password. The inside is clean and comfortable, the room is a bit small but very full of electrical equipment.

We liked our stay (we did not stay at this listing); the place was easier to find than expected. The only things we would have preferred is: if we knew beforehand that we wouldn't stay at the apartment we originally booked but the place was still good regardless, and something that would had been extremely helpful is to have access to basic cleaning tools, a cleaning lady is coming twice a week but it's still beneficial to have at least a broom/mop to clean in between if we ever. Overall, this was a good stay, We liked that the host was proactive whenever we needed something or had a problem, and the area was nice since there's access to all required stores for basic needs (small stores, Lotte, and convenient stores). We recommend it!
