Vacation rentals with a patio in Qualicum Beach

Great little place to stay. Clean and well taken care of. Right off of the beach. Great trails and dog friendly! Bryan was great and made sure that we had no issues during check in and check out. Always very communicative from start to finish. He also provided us information on the area and what there is to do during our stay. There are quite a bit of stairs but there is a ramp on one side and little carts to grab your stuff so it is still very accessible. He does disclose this before hand and for the price you really can’t beat it. Would stay here again especially with Bryan as the host, we knew we were taken care of. Best experience yet with Airbnb. Thank you for everything!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on making it a regular stop when visiting family. Karen was very responsive and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed and offered extra help. The unit was spacious and well appointed. We wanted for nothing and the bed provided one of the best sleeps we had had in awhile. Despite the location over the carwash it never caused a concern or noise issue and the big windows provided a view of the trees and sea. We even got to enjoy morning coffee on the deck one day. Thank you Karen for this great unit.

What a wonderful stay for the second time at Gina & Rick’s place. Fantastic views and close to Parksville for shopping and beaches. Hosts always make you feel welcome and at home. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Andrew and Jane’s! The apartment was spacious, clean, and so comfortable—plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were cozy, the shower had excellent pressure and stayed hot, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Their welcome basket of treats was such a lovely surprise, and having a washer and dryer made a big difference. The kitchen and bathroom were not only well-stocked with essentials but also included thoughtful extras you don’t often find in other Airbnbs. It’s clear that Andrew and Jane truly care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect too—close to beautiful hikes and the ocean, making it an ideal spot for some much-needed R&R. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay with an Exceptional Host I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From start to finish, the host was incredibly communicative and responsive, providing clear and detailed instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. The space itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, uncluttered, and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was spick and span, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, situated centrally with easy access to all the major shopping centres and amenities. We didn’t interact with Brian and Shauna but they reached out initially to let us know they were available, we just didn’t end up needing anything but it was nice of them to be in touch. The space is perfect for 2, spotlessly clean and well provisioned with all the basics. Very comfy bed, cozy deck with a beautiful view out over the water. Quiet neighborhood, the unit feels very private, and access to beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and more was super convenient. We had a great stay, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy and Barb’s condo. The condo was very clean, tasteful and roomy. It was equipped with everything we needed!! The resort had many desirable amenities including exercise room, pool and a good restaurant and lounge. We communicated with Randy a few times and he was always responsive, prompt and helpful. It was very apparent that the quality of our stay was very important to Randy and Barb. We really appreciated that. We highly recommend this listing!!

The place far exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we would have needed to not go anywhere the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities, the kind beds in every room with vaulted ceilings made us feel like the boujee girls we want to be. The views were breathtaking and being able to have all of our meals outdoors with heat and covering made it so memorable. The house came with cars and outdoor games too to use on the nice open yard. It really felt like the place was ours. The icing on the cake was the chairs, wood and starters to make our own little beach fire right below the house and roast marshmallows while watching the sunset. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Definitely coming back!

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and convenience of this property. So much so, that we considered buying a cottage in this community. Our stay was a luxury experience. Kate and Fohla were wonderful hosts and gave us personal attention as needed. We will be back!

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

A lovely home nestled in the woods above the trees. I spent a couple of nights with this as my home base. It was a great location to come home to after adventuring to places in the area and before heading on to the west coast. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The quiet stillness was incredible with only the birds chirping. So peaceful!

Had a relaxing weekend here at Lina’s place facing the ocean during the day and cozying at night with the fire pit. Lina’s place was well stocked and tastefully designed. Everything was as described. We loved seeing the deers walk around the back yard. Thanks Lina !

We enjoyed everything about our stay. So much thought was put into to making a cozy, comfortable stay. So much swimming, ocean, hot tubs and pools. Jennifer is a great host. As a side note: we are from Vancouver and do our best to not drive. This vacation rental is fully accessible by public transit from Vancouver, a break from the city without needing a vehicle, whatever your reasons might be. Highly recommend. Thanks Jennifer!

We stayed at Marie place and it was just fab, exactly as the photos show and spotless . There were lots of eagles flying overhead all weekend and was a joy to sit and look at them . Marie was very easy to deal with and we would love to go back again some day , 10/10

Kim hosted some of our family for our wedding at Pacific Shores. Everything went great, checkin was easy and Kim was super helpful, responsive and communicative about everything needed for the place. Lovely condo in a beautiful resort. 5 🌟 experience!

We loved our stay at Andrea’s place. It was extremely clean. The space had everything we needed even down to a bin of spare chargers! It was also very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. It even had good coffee!!! The toys, books and board games were such a lovely touch and were so helpful for us entertaining our kids. I find traveling with children they aren’t always as welcomed but we certainly didn’t feel that during our stay here. We had the opportunity to request a high chair and pack and play (with a crib mattress). It was an easy walk to the beach and we very much enjoyed our time exploring what Parksville had to offer. It was April when we visited but the close proximity to the pool in the summer months would also be a hit. Andrea was very accommodating and we can’t wait to come back. I’d give her more stars if I could!

Seriously the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly clean, perfectly located (easy access from the parking lot AND perfect access to the pool/hot tub). They really thought of everything and fully stocked the unit. I was scattered while packing and forgot to pack a playpen for my toddler - they HAD a playpen! And it was clean! They also had a high chair - seriously everything you need is here. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful apartment with a really nice unobstructed sea view. Everything just like in the photos, clean and lots of natural light. I really enjoyed the beautiful bathroom…very nicely done. The bed is huge and very comfy as well. The view from the rooms and balconies is exceptional and really lovely. The whole property is really nice and well maintained. Especially enjoyed the bbq areas and fireplaces in the common areas. Communication was very good and check in instructions easy and clear. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the sea and nature of Vancouver Island. You would definitely need a car there, as there is not so much to do in a walking distance. Closes town is approx. 5 - 10 min. Drive. Ferry in Nanaimo about 20-30 minutes. Very convenient!

My stay at Jill’s place was perfect. As a host, Jill is friendly and very helpful. Her place was exactly as listed and was just a few short steps to the water. I loved my daily walks along the coast. I hope to stay at Jill’s condo again in the near future.
