Cabin vacation rentals in Quadra Island

The cabin was everhthing we wanted and needed. We had an absolute fabulous stay. It’s isolated enough that you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s still close enough to Courtenay so you’re close to the shops etc. Because of the location, it’s very peaceful. The cabin was cozy; the bed was really comfortable and the wood fire hot tub was such a neat experience! We definetely want to come back, maybe when there is snow because it must be magical.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! They have everything you could possibly want. Almost need to stay more than 2 nights to be able to really enjoy everything available.

We had a wonderful stay at Karla’s home. We enjoyed the ski facilities, used the kitchen regularly and slept peacefully in a clean and comfortable house. Thank you Karla. We hope to return again.

Had an incredible stay on Mt. Washington at Ski Bunny Betsy's. The home was beyond beautiful and extremely clean. The view was incredibly peaceful and the giant hot tub was a huge bonus! The master bed was extremely comfortable with lost of pillows and crisp linens. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. Lots of space throughout including high ceilings and great communication with Handsome Dan. Can't wait for our next visit!

We had a great time at Paul's place, private and peaceful. Watched the stars from the hot tub and sunset from divers rock (quick walk). The snorkeling around divers rock is fantastic at low tide, provided the ocean chill doesn't take you out too fast! The yurt was a really neat experience, well insulated and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

This is a hidden gem and can't say enough positive things about it! The property is stunning and even more beautiful than the photos do credit. Its not far out from Powell River with close access to biking and other activities in the area. The place felt private, was clean, had comfortable beds and pullout, BBQ, and functional little kitchen. There is a big deck overlooking the ocean and great campfire pit. The real highlight of the property is the hot tub with sunset views and easy access down to the beach for a swim. Paul was friendly and super responsive. We absolutely plan to come back soon.

This place is exactly what it looks online. Beautiful view, peaceful surroundings, beside the water and a cosy cottage with everything you need. Cathy was a responsive host and we cannot wait to come back!

Worked well for my family. Unique place, great sunrise view, fairly well stocked kitchen, and close to ski resort. The hot tub was great to come back to after a day of skiing.

We had a great, and very peaceful stay. Perfect location for accessing the lake, the house/kitchen had everything we needed and more, and it was completely spotless when we arrived! We look forward to returning soon :)

Place was perfect. Close to everything. Beaches, hikes, etc. Cabin was cozy and a nice spot to lay the head after a day of activities. Loved closing out each day at the fire pit with a cold refreshment. Dogs loved the fenced in area. Front deck was a nice spot for morning coffee. Thanks for the great stay. Would stay again.

This is a rustic cabin in a beautiful serene setting away from it all and reminded me of my grandparent's cottage in northern Ontario that I grew up with. The cottage has all the basics and we enjoyed a blissful week of communing with nature, yoga, hikes, swimming, and kayaking. The pictures in the listing are very accurate and it was perfect for us. The cottage is located in a quiet spot on the harbour with easy access to the water down a set of stairs. We brought our kayaks and enjoyed paddling around the bay and even saw whales on two afternoons (late August). Erin was a great communicator and the directions to the cottage and how to get in were great. Tip for future guests: The grocer on Cortes is small and Island prices, so consider bringing food. The host/owner uses/lives in this cottage so the fridge/freezer/cupboards contain some of their food and bringing food to feed a family for a week might not fit in the fridge/freezer, so might need a cooler with ice for extra space.

Will definitely stay at Charissa's cottage again. The space was clean and inviting. The bed was super comfortable. She had everything we needed for utensils to cook nice meals as well as very nice towels for showers. There is a beautiful Cove right down the road we went to each night for sunset and was lucky to see 20-25 eagle's. Quiet and calm.

Absolutely amazing Savary Island location and a perfectly perfect little cabin. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Liz for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Manda and Families cabin. We stayed at Zadas cabin. It was rustic which matched our expectation and fit the vibe of Cortes. Even though the host was off island during our stay his level of communication was above our expectation . He checked in several times and made it clear he was available if needed. He gave clear instructions through text. When I did talk to him on the phone he answered immediately was friendly kind and accommodating. I love having the beach nearby. I also liked the sound of the rooster and visits from the families pets. I also liked the little touches like the nice blue bowls to eat out of.

Amie was more than helpful and kind. The place was beautiful and clean (it is hard to find a place in Savary that is not already covered in sand) and it was right next to Sutherland beach.

Scott’s place was a beautiful stay, amazing location for us and our pup. Great place to drop the paddle boards in, super cosy cabins and wonderful food at their restaurant ☺️ highly recommend and hopefully we’ll be back in the future

Wonderfully secluded getaway in tranquil natural surroundings. Just enough amenities to take care of all needs, with a friendly and helpful host. A comfortable bed and the sounds of the river nearby make for excellent sleep.

We found it to be a lovely place to stay. It was peaceful, quiet and well-appointed. It was so relaxing to take our coffee outside, sit in the lawn chairs overlooking the bay and watch the ferry and other boats going by. Patricia informed us of places to eat and activities to do during our stay on the island. When we visit the island again we would certainly stay there again if available.

We had a wonderful time staying here for the May long weekend. Jessica gave us clear instructions and we had no issues during our time there. The cabin is cozy and has all the amenities you need for a short visit. It's close to Powell River and Lund and is within walking distance of a few hiking trails. Although the cabin neighbours on some other properties we felt we had plenty of privacy. There are trees and bushes in the way and you can't really see in or out of the property aside from through the driveway. Overall, it was a great visit and we may visit again another time!

We had a marvellous stay at this beautifully appointed, cozy, bright and spacious cabin. An oasis for anyone wishing to unwind, re-energize, and explore the beauty of nature on Quadra Island. The views from the deck or inside are gorgeous over Quathiaski Cove and beyond; watch the ferries come and go and don't miss the sunsets! The cabin is equipped with all that you need, Melissa and Trevor have thought of everything and are wonderful hosts. Our first choice when we visit Quadra again!

Colin is a great host, super helpful, very responsive, and went out of this way to make sure we had a great stay. The place is very central, and has so much character. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel, but it is a great spot, with more than everything you need. Steps away from beaches, and the best restaurant on the island. Highly recommend!
