A separate entrance with a private terrace of 18 m2, garden furniture, barbecue for moments of sharing with family or friends. Tastefully decorated, you have an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and toilet. This listing is located in the inner courtyard of our main home, a typical Bigourdane house.

Important: the room is not accessible through the living room, you have to go through the terrace.
