Before we will start I'll introduce you into the facilities on board and into the safty equipment. So you feel comfortable on board. Depending on the wind and sailing conditions we will sail southward down to L`Escala and the Medes Islands, crossing the Bay of Roses. Or we will sail northward to Cap de Norfeu to see the Bays of Montjoi and Pelosa or perhaps the Bay of Cadaques too. Both coast trips have bays with cristal turquoise water for swimming and snorceling. Or simply we will chill in the sunset, listening music or having a drink. If you like to make a full day trip to sail to Cap de Creus with its moonlike landscape and very nice bays for swimming and snorkeling or even to sail some days I would be glad to arrange it. -Please check "Ama Ur cooking studio". -I´ll show you ingredients from traditional Basque gastronomy and we will locate them geographically in the territory of the seven Basque provinces, so you can tour the Basque Country through its gastronomic culture. -We will cook and taste 6 of the most famous Pintxos of San Sebastián´s bars, while I tell you their stories, secrets and tips so you can cook like a local chef. They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry. -We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends. Cook like a local !! Other things to note The class I offer is dynamic. You, traveller, will cook your own Pintxos with my help. The most important thing is to arrive hungry for cooking, learning, enjoying and getting your hands dirty!!

RANDONNEE LEVER DE SOLEIL & PETIT DEJEUNER AU SOMMET DE LA RHUNE Nous vous proposons de vivre une expérience unique, un moment hors du temps, avec un lever de soleil au sommet de " l'Everest Basque " qui, du haut de ses 905m, offre des points de vues à 360° époustouflants sur tout le Golfe de Gascogne d’un côté et la chaîne des Pyrénées de l‘autre. Guillaume, accompagné de Alain, vous accompagneront sur ce parcours de 11km environ pour 800 mètres de D+ La durée à titre indicatif de cette aventure est de 5h environ, mais dépend de l'allure du groupe ainsi que des arrêts. Sur un parcours agrémenté de quelques surprises, et dans ce haut lieu de pâturages, nous croiserons des Pottoks, petit chevaux symboles du Pays Basque ; parfois des Mannex “manèche”, brebis à tête noire ou rousse certainement moins connue que le fromage produit grâce à son lait généreux (l’Ossau-Iraty) ; ou peut-être les Betizu, une espèce bovine sauvage, cas unique en France... ou encore le vautour fauve Saïa qui plane sur les flancs de la Rhune. Au sommet une pause thé-café, jus de fruit, gâteau basque, jambon espagnol vous réchauffera ! Nous entamerons la redescente en franchissant la frontière franco-espagnole. Discover astrophotography in Occitanie and leave with beautiful pictures of the starry sky!

 The session will start with an overview of the different constellations to recognize certain stars or other objects that can be photographed. Once the gear is installed, I'll teach you how to use it, adjust the settings, and compose an amazing photo of the starry sky. I have multiple cameras, lenses and tripods that you can use, so you don't need to have yours. But if you have one, it's even better!

 In winter, the Orion constellation and its nebula is clearly visible all night and offers a great show to photograph! To be under the most beautiful sky possible, and to avoid light pollution from the surrounding cities, the outing will take place approximately 1 hour drive from Toulouse towards the Pyrenees (between Foix, Saint-Girons and Daumazan-sur-Arize). We will meet at 7 am, in the old town. After a briefing, we will go to the balconies of an apartment located in the MERCADERES street and LA CURVA de la ESTAFETA (more details provided after booking) to enjoy and understand the Running from a Balcony. I will give you all the information you need, so that you will not miss any detail of what happens in the street. While we wait and while we enjoy the event, I will explain you the historical details and will provide you information and many other details to understand our traditions, our culture, etc. You will understand everything during and after the running event. In our farm, we will cook authentic Spanish fresh TAPAS. We will learn recipes and secrets of food and local wine and extra virgin olive oil while having a great time on Cañón de Anisclo. Our experience starts in Puyarruego, where we will be waiting for you and you will be welcomed by a refreshing drink and the presentation of the class TAPAS menu. I’ll teach you how to prepare perfect Spanish TAPAS. You will make your own dishes from scratch! We’ll taste good local Somontano wine while enjoying our culinary creations. The meal will feature seasonal local organic products from vegetable to eggs and cheeses. and we'll make a typical dessert. Then we'll eat it together in our garden. At the end, we give you a recipe book with our tapas workshop so you can do it at home.

Soyez vigilants pour arriver à l'heure. Nous sommes vraiment dans la montagne, au pied du Pic du Midi. Même le GPS se trompe ... et n'oubliez pas qu'il faut marchez 5 mn pour arriver à la cabane de départ. Votre guide vous équipera avec un baudrier, une longe, mousquetons et casque. Quand vous êtes fin prêts, c'est l'heure de démarrer. De ponts de singe en passages en escalade, vous remonterez la rivière jusqu'à la grande cascade du Garet. Votre guide veillera sur vous. Ne soyez pas inquiets car des portes de sorties sont accessibles tout le long du parcours. Et de toute façon, tout le monde se retrouve pour les descentes en tyrolienne. Elles ramènent tout le monde à la cabane. Un beau moment et des souvenirs à la pelle. Il faudra compter entre 2h et 3 h pour le parcours complet. Les ateliers sont de difficulté croissante.C'est un mix entre les acrobranches traditionnels et les via ferrata. Si vous êtes un néophite, il vous faudra être plus concentré. De toute façon, faites confiance à votre guide. C'est son métier de vous amener à bon port. Une bonne condition physique est nécessaire pour profiter de l'expérience. I will meet you at number 2, Bengoetxea street in Donostia-San Sebastian. We will visit first of all Igartubeiti, a 16th century farmhouse and then continue to one of our Cider Houses for a tour of the apple orchard and the other parts of the cellar. This visit will include a cider tasting session, both from the bottle and the barrel. After that, you will enjoy a traditional cider house menu.
