Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pyrenees

Arrived in a 9-person minibus, all retired and not necessarily good walkers, the place immediately filled us with both the services and the welcome of Kattalin's parents, unfailing simplicity, a kindness rare these days, a breathtaking landscape and view. On the last day, we allowed ourselves to grill with local products, on a sunny terrace, what more could you ask for. I think I'll keep this address in a corner of my mind because in half an hour, you're in Spain, caves and chasms nearby, welcoming restaurants and the sea 3/4 hours away. Thanks to Kattalin and her parents and their grandson who I know will be a farmer like we'd like to see. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Isabelle and Pascal's home. A complete communion with nature. Isabelle and Pascal showed us some very wonderful places that we would never have found on our own. And all the finishes in the house and fittings are stunning. Thank you so much!

A relaxing home, perfect for disconnecting! The only noises heard are those of the bells of the sheep and goats passing right in front of the house, our son's favorite attraction. Everything you need is in the accommodation for a pleasant stay, special mention to the stove which makes the accommodation even warmer. Many thanks to our hosts for the special touches and your recommendations (delicious lasagna from the gourmet mill). We didn't go on beautiful hikes but it is also possible to take short walks from the accessible accommodation (with a 2-year-old!), accompanied by the local cat who kept us company for a good part of the stay!!

The description is accurate. As a couple, we spent 3 nights and enjoyed a good part of a day at the accommodation and its peaceful exterior, with very little opposite. We had a wonderful stay in the middle of the mountain, in this very peaceful and pleasant cottage.

We had a pleasant stay in a very nice apartment in the heart of the city of Bagnere with all the advantages (shops, market, and excellent little bar/wine cellar next door) and without the disadvantages of the city (no noise nuisance). We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, authentic, cozy and clean. The house has a beautiful garden and the views are phenomenal. Nearby are nice places to swim in the river or in a lake. The mountains are easy to reach for a nice walk. Communication with Pau was very easy. We had a great time with Pau and Wafa and ate and talked together. We highly recommend it and hope to come back again!

We had a particularly pleasant week in Marion's beautiful apartment. Michèle and her husband's welcome was perfect, we were able to arrive earlier than expected, which was very useful for us when we arrived on a Sunday morning. I would recommend this apartment, which is among the most remarkable we have occupied. This is a place to remember for a future stay in this beautiful city of Pau.

Carmen facilitated our requests at all times. Charming person, with a very competent cleaning and service team. Maria and Manuel, two people making sure everything is working. The landscape and surroundings of the house, exceptional for disconnecting from everyday life. A short but intense weekend. Thank you Carmen, I'm sure we'll be back.

Absolutely stunning and a feat of construction. I could see it as a Zen retreat, but we were so glad to have it to ourselves. The feeling of peace and being above it all (literally) is amazing. Gorgeous little village 200 m away is what most of Andorra looked like 50 years ago. Just magical! The featured olive tree alone is worth the price of the stay 😉. Wish we could have stayed for a week and never left Calvinya (calbinya)

We had a great stay and the accommodation perfectly meets the description made, quality materials Very good location, quiet, very comfortable bedding, bathroom in the bedroom a luxury, the teenagers also had their bathroom in their room. Quiet environment, easy access for hiking or running,. Wilfried is very welcoming, friendly and makes himself available as needed . A haven of peace, we will be back. Amazing place with a stunning view of snow capped mountains. Ideal for those wanting to disconnect and explore the pyrenees. No wifi and limited cellular service worked really well for us, and Jany was a great host, quite far up a back road so probably not ideal if you don't have a way of getting around!

The site is beautiful, clean, a well-maintained garden and we were even able to enjoy the pool despite the whims of the weather. It's a great place to discover outdoor activities 😉 I would highly recommend it!

We have been to Las Balsas and our experience has been great, starting with Trudy, the super friendly and attentive host, then the beauty of Alquezar, a spectacular and fantastic town, and the house Las Balsas, beautiful, with spectacular views, very comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few great days. Totally integrated into the environment. Totally recommended.
