We loved the place! It was within walking distance of what we wanted to see, and it was super clean and comfortable!

The Birds Nest was the perfect place to stay. It was quiet and peaceful but still only 15 minutes away from Covington. Susan and Kathryn were wonderful hosts and were easy to communicate with. If I am ever back in the area I would stay here again.

Kalim’s place was absolutely beautiful! The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making our arrival seamless. The condo is located in a peaceful, quiet area that instantly put us at ease. Inside, the space was immaculate—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated with stylish, cozy furnishings. One of our favorite parts of the stay was sitting on the porch in the evenings, listening to the frogs sing and watching lightning bugs flicker around us—it felt magical. We enjoyed the space so much that on our second night, we decided to stay in and order dinner through DoorDash, just to soak it all in. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I honestly can’t remember the last time I slept that well. I woke up each morning feeling completely rested and relaxed. This stay was everything we needed and more, and we’re already looking forward to returning again soon!

Ginny was absolutely perfect. She responded in just a few minutes to all my messages, she helped us when we needed more days, and was so friendly. I would recommend Ginny’s place to everyone. The location is exceptional. It has a beautiful golf course view and deer walked by several times. We did see one eagle flying by. So peaceful and comfortable. The shower did leak but standing in front of the shower head helped. She had the place spotless and very except-able to us. We are very picky and this meets our expectations. We would definitely stay with Ginny again.

I loved Joes place. It is quiet and peaceful, near a lake and you may see some wildlife like deer around his home. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Joe had a basket of things you may forget to bring on your trip such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I needed to stay an extra night and Joe was very accommodating. One thing to note if you need an Uber or Lyft they do not service the area. I had to call a cab to the airport.

The host was incredibly nice and helpful! The house was nice, clean, peaceful, and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I’d recommend this place to anyone! Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks again!!

Yvette was a phenomenal host from start to finish. She was extremely responsive and helped my family even on a late night whim when our hotel had booked our room to someone else! While the night started out rough for us with that, Yvette was so accommodating and was able to give us a place to stay. I am grateful that she was there to open her home to us. The home is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! The beautiful serenity that is the backyard is so peaceful to just sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids played in the yard. We came for a wedding and the location is just a short 25 min to the Heartwood Acres venue! Sheets on the beds were extremely tidy and everything looks very well maintained. If I had any questions, Yvette was on top of it! If I should ever find myself staying in this quaint little town again, I would absolutely stay here! Thank you Yvette so much for everything!

This was our third annual family lake weekend and this was by far the BEST. The home was beautifully appointed with plenty of room to spread out. The amenities for fun on the lake were more than expected. The location is convenient, the water was pristine and the views were spectacular. We look forward to returning for our 4th annual trip. If you are looking for an ideal space to enjoy Lake Sinclair, this should be your first choice. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay for a getaway, right down the road from the twin bridges landing and directly across on water. Close enough to go to any store. Quiet and peaceful. With any problems we had they were quick to make it right. Would definitely start again.

We had a wonderful family get together with our 4 grown children! Great place to meet up, some from NC some from FL. We cooked all meals in the well stocked kitchen. It was part of our fun, cooking together. We were glad we brought extra trash bags and paper towels, since we did so much cooking. You are 45 mins to a grocery, glad we planned accordingly. We rented a pontoon and had a fun day on the water! It was nice that beach towels are provided. We also enjoyed playing many different games. Plenty of room and space for our crew of 7. I highly recommend staying here! It was great to create memories and unwind!

Great host with a great property. We spent a few days here over the thanksgiving holiday. Large family and we all slept comfortably. We highly recommend and will be back!

My adult friend and I stayed at Cove's End for a long weekend while visiting Atlanta and Macon. We had planned to stay in Milledgeville but college graduations caused hotels to fully book. We found Cove's End, and were pleasantly surprised. Despite much needed rain over the weekend we stayed, preventing us from using the deck or sitting on the lovely chairs near the lake, we loved Cove's End. The home was easy to find, easy to access, beautifully decorated, well stocked with lovely dishes, top notch appliances, and very comfortable. I highly recommend Cove's End to anyone staying visiting within 45 minute drive from Sparta. When we are back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again. Lauren is a terrific host, very friendly and helpful, and quickly responds to any inquiries.

Oasis @ Lake Oconee was a great place to gather with the family! The townhouse is spacious and was in a good location with easy access to restaurants, Publix, and other lakefront businesses. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and appliances for use. Highly recommended for a quiet lakeside getaway.

Jordan was a great host. Reynolds Lake Oconee is a beautiful location. The unit is very well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the 16th on the Oconee course!

Debbie saved the day for us! We were a last minute trip and she was able to accommodate us immediately. We loved our time there for a wedding and wish we could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed more of the house! Would definitely come back!

Great location, beautiful, scenic views. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the patio. Kitchen was well appointed and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Great for our two families; 4 adults and 4 young girls!

Overall it was a great stay! Beautiful home. Area was very Quiet & peaceful. Didn’t like that we had to take the trash with us and the dumpster was a pretty good ways away.

I have stayed at several of the condos at the lake club, this is one of the nicest and has a great view. I will definitely book it next time.
