Beautiful apartment, as described plus more. Very clean, every room and all linen smelt clean and fresh! Great location and although residential parking area, we always managed to find a space in one of the surrounding roads. Gorgeous terrace with stunning views of the evening sunsets. Walkable to the town centre, local supermarkets and easy to get to the river for any walkers/runners. Will definitely return. Thank you Carmen 😊

We had such an amazing stay! Tavira is truly one of the last of it’s kind - we came from London and at first we experience a bit of “reverse culture shock” because the town is so quaint, quiet, and local feeling - but after a few days of adjusting we absolutely fell in love. This is an excellent location, there’s plenty of nice restaurants and one of the best coffee shops right next door run by some lovely Canadians. We stayed for 2 weeks, immersed ourselves in Tavira, ate great food, and drank pretty well, too. Don’t hesitate on booking, you won’t regret it!

Thank you for a wonderful week in the beautiful Algarve. The apartment was perfect, we loved the pool, the local beach, collecting shells and the helpful people at the local market. We bought fresh bread and seafood everyday and ate on the terrace each night. We loved the swallows, the wild flamingoes, the hummingbird moths, and the geckos. It was just bliss. We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

We had a very nice week as a family of three in Casa Regina, Apartment 2. We were able to sit comfortably on the large terrace. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We were able to use the pool and garden nicely. Washing machine great. Andrew and his mother Lurdes were very responsive and communicative. In case of problems with the shower, they responded quickly and there were cookies and wine as a small compensation. When booking, Andrew also points out that it is a quiet residential unit. It is actually important to consider this, as the apartments are quite close to each other. Apartment 3 adjoins the large bedroom and, depending on the neighbors, it can also be a bit noisy. You can also always hear the street, but at night it is relatively quiet and also at the pool it is idyllic. It should also be mentioned that the entrance from apartment 1 leads to the terrace of apartment 2. We had very nice neighbors, so it wasn't disturbing for us.

Excellent communication, extremely responsive , friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and very peaceful. I wanted somewhere quite with minimal tourists . This was perfect . The sea breeze kept the apartment cool . There is sun on the terrace but due to the positioning of the flat and roof on the terrace the sun doesn't come inside which keeps it cool in the day. Right next to the train station . A very short walk to the beach . 5 mins from a grocery store . Do note that there is now building works directly infront of the terrace which obstructs the view , but you can still see the sea - just not aswell. I was worried the workman would be loud but actually I barely heard them . Also you will need to buy pods for the coffee machine from the store . This was the perfect peaceful short break I needed.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in September. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious & clean. Well appointed - there were even tuppaware boxes for us to use! The beds are comfy & good shower pressure. Lovely terrace. Quiet area but only 1 street behind the front & 5 minutes walk to the boat for the beach. Maria was a brilliant host - very friendly & communicative & flexible with our check in needs. We would definitely come back to stay another time & recommend 100% to others. Thanks again x

We spent a pleasant week with the family in this accommodation: convenient, clean, thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated, which really helped make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The welcome was warm and caring, and our interactions with the owner were very pleasant, Ivone was particularly attentive to our needs and shared many tips for visiting the region.

Fabulous in all respects: Carla, (her communications, help, humour and charm), the Villa, (comfort, facilities and cleanliness), the area, (quiet, peaceful, relaxing and an easy walk into town) and Tavira, (restaurants, bars, the boat trip to the island and chilled atmosphere). We’ll be back!

For the second year in a row, it was an excellent stay. The house is extremely pleasant and comfortably sleeps 4 people. The terrace is excellent The rooms are comfortable and airy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The development has a parking space and a very good swimming pool available in July and August, and we were lucky enough to enjoy 3 days of it in June. It matches the pictures exactly. On the outskirts there is a market, beaches and a shopping center with several options to eat.

What a large house! 3 terraces and 3 large bedrooms together with a fully equipped kitchen and nice living space. Lovely to stay and easy communication. We will come back!

A lovely week in a beautiful house. Wonderful views over the Rio Formosa. We were unfortunate with the weather but it didn’t spoil our stay in this beautiful house. Laura was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We would love to return at a sunnier time !

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, very well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s in a perfect location , just a short walk to the boat that takes you to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The area itself is incredibly charming and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area where we grilled a few meals, and the beautiful lemon tree — we picked fresh lemons and made delicious lemonade! The bathrooms were clean and in great condition too. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to come back next year!

We stayed at Ruben’s villa, which has a swimming pool and is located in a unique setting, surrounded by olive groves. The house has everything needed to enjoy a stay. Ruben had given us a map of the area to help us find the house in a certain location. However, it’s actually easier, since the road where the villa is located has a name — “Calle la Hoya” — and it’s enough to enter that in Apple Maps. The geographical location is ideal, as it allows us to access both the beaches of towns like Isla Cristina and Moguer, as well as the Sierra de Aracena, where you can visit the “Dehesas,” which are natural areas with oak, holm oak, and cork trees that provide food for the Iberian pig. For visitors looking to escape the usual tourist routine, this is the perfect place.

We had a lovely stay at Jesus's. The location is beautiful. The apartment is very pleasant, its terrace is spacious and our host is very responsive.

The apartment is located in a gated condominium urbanization, in a block with the best view of the entire development. On the terrace/back balcony we find everything to enjoy the views and the good weather, sofas and chairs, pillows and 2 sun loungers. Inside, the photographs speak for themselves, but everything is a precious thing, especially for those who appreciate details. The only if it is the fact that the swimming pool is restricted, it is a pity not to go in the morning. Otherwise, you need to drive to shop, eat, go to the beach, etc. Overall a very positive experience!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, well-equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Filipe was always easily accessible and also contacted us proactively. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants and to the boat dock on the beach. There were always free parking spaces right in front of the apartment complex. We did not need the two underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Thank you, Filipe, for the opportunity to postpone the check-out a little and for the many good restaurant tips. I'd love to come back and look forward to the next stay in Cabanas de Tavira and in your beautiful apartment.

Fantastic place and stay, we spent most of the time on the balcony - brilliant to have so many lounging/seating options. The place had a lovely personal touch and really liked the thoughtful lighting - made it all very relaxing. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui
