With 3 AIR-CONDITIONED rooms, two of them double and one with three 90 beds. Living room with sofa bed, small terrace and kitchen with patio. Two full bathrooms with a shower. Large GARAGE SPACE in the building with automatic door and direct access to the house by ELEVATOR. From the portal there are 10 steps of access to the house and 3 from the garage.
