"Tiny house with a cozy outdoor space" The little blue house is a two-room apartment, essential, complete in furnishings and amenities, located in the heart of Porto Rafael. The house is a few meters from the square, the bar and the sea. Private parking and a pleasant and relaxing outdoor area surrounded by greenery. The two-room apartment has a mini electric kitchenette, sink, fridge (no freezer), air conditioning/heating, free WiFi and TV with Firestick and satellite TV. Mosquito nets complete the amenities.

Typical house with independent entrance near the beaches. Bus stop 20 meters from the house. Close to supermarkets,restaurants,bars, evening markets,parties in the square,boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena.lucernary bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces,no one prohibits being able to hang out on the street,the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door to exchange a chat in the summer evenings,we find all this very characteristic! We look forward to seeing you! :)

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Trova la pace dei sensi in questo appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2024, che si affaccia a una bellissima veranda-giardino con un gazebo esterno con area pranzo-cena e un divano. Gli interni sono progettati dall'Host-Architetto, che ci ha messo amore per definire ogni singolo arredo. Il contesto è di prestigio, all'interno di un residence appena riqualificato con piscina. Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!

Nice apartment less than a 5-minute walk from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Breathtaking view of part of the Maddalenino Archipelago. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, private covered parking. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a small building of only 6 units. The entrance gives access to the living area/open kitchen with sofa bed. Bedroom with terrace equipped with double bed and foldaway bunk bed.
