Vacation rentals with beach access in Punta Santiago

Great location, actual apartment is stunning and host is extremely good at communicating. When we had a small issue it was quickly resolved. Thank you for the great stay!

Rafael was very friendly and proactive. The place had everything you needed, such as beach towels, a pool, a bathroom, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The space was well organized and clean. The atmosphere in the place was beautiful, quiet and with wonderful views. Definitely one of the best experiences that I've had. My companions and I left very satisfied and delighted with the experience.

Everything we wanted in a perfect location! My husband and I picked Berneice’s place for our honeymoon and first time in Puerto Rico. The instructions to get inside were detailed and included photos with descriptions. Checking out was quick; we just needed to take trash and return the keys. Berneice was such a proactive host and checked in with us even though we didn’t need a thing! Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc made our stay easy and convenient. I would suggest checking out the host’s guidebook for recommendations!

John was extremely responsive and gave thorough directions and recommendations prior to arriving. The apartment is a short walk to the beaches and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. Neighbors are very friendly and it is a welcoming community. A short drive to the rainforest, but staying for the area and is worth it alone. An overall peaceful stay!

Great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. Yazi really thought of everything you could need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Comfy bed, 15 min walk to La Placita, 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. Very much worth it

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this villa in Palmas del Mar, Humacao. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect; close to the beach, restaurants, and all the amenities of Palmas del Mar. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful, ideal for a family vacation. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was clear and easy from booking to check-out. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience in Puerto Rico. We can’t wait to return!

5 star ⭐️ to Tortuga tranquila , a perfect house to expend a beautiful days in PR ‘s east , very comfortable, clean , spacious, pool heated ,clean , the house is located in restricted area so quiet and safe , near to the beach, highway, supermarkets,I didn’t need to communicate with Blair during my stay, “because you will found everything that you need in this place “, Blair very respectfully , i think is a good host . Our week at MikaLuka was great! The location and outdoor space was amazing. The private pool was so lovely. I was disappointed that we weren’t going to be able to use it our last afternoon when I discovered that an iguana must have gotten in and used it as a toilet. However, when I reached out to let Vanessa know, she had someone there in minutes and it was cleaned up and able to be used again in under half an hour! Quite impressive and we were so thankful. Nice restaurants nearby. Recommend the sangria by the restaurant a couple doors down as well as dinner at Arcoiris and El Gallo Pinto in Guayama!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

The house and location was perfect for our family week stay! The house had everything for meals and walking distance to restaurants and beach. Enjoyed the back patio and the lovely natural landscape. We had an issue with a previous Airbnb and Dorca was very empathetic and accommodating. She let us check in early since we didn't have a place to stay. She saved our vacation. Everything was spotless and smelled great! The location is very close to the beach, and we felt very safe there. She provided more amenities than I expected. We would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very kid-friendly. One of the highlights was the thoughtful inclusion of beach essentials like coolers, chairs, beach toys, and balls, which made it so easy to enjoy beautiful beach days. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

The house is nicely located on a quiet street and a short walk to a great beach and wonderful restaurants on the Melecon. We spent most our time up on the rooftop deck having coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunsets at night. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is well comfortable with everything one needs and more. The safety of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication issues with the hosts and we loved the place. It has a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as it is very discreet as the place is well silent. Anyway, highly recommended.

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was on top of sending me the check in instructions and check out instructions. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and perfect for a couple of days. The private beach access closes at 6pm which was inconvenient but that is my only complaint as we had to walk all the way around. It’s a good spot if you plan on visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Safe area and people are really nice.

Great location with 2 beautiful golf courses. Big resort with everything you need right there. Very secure area and the view from the front door is amazing.
