Vacation rentals with a patio in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Ubicación es excelente, dentro de un hotel con seguridad y hermosa vista. Limpieza impecable, acceso fácil, cocineta bien equipada, refrigerador funcional 24/7, aire acondicionado y baño muy limpio. Julio y Aileen son anfitriones súper atentos. Las rutas pasan justo afuera y los tours te recogen ahí mismo. No es un resort, pero cumple más que bien. Único detalle: cuidado al entrar/salir de la tina-regadera por la altura. Aún así, ¡todo fue perfecto! ¡Volvería sin dudarlo! Súper recomendado, 5 stars!! Muchas gracias por todo, 100% recomendable, lugar, anfitrión, estancia, todo!

Arturo and Alfonso are great hosts. They are very attentive and will always answer any questions very quickly. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay, and it is very safe. I highly recommend this place because there are small shops close by, and the minibus stops right outside the front door. The air con also works well. Enjoy Cancun 🌞⛱✌☕🍹🍻

I loved my stay here, and so did my dog! The garden area was perfect for morning coffee, or an evening nightcap. Parque Gaia is literally steps away, so I took my dog for walks there everyday. (We saw a while family of Iguanas!) I didn't have a car, but found getting around very easy. There is a huge mall, several restaurants, a Petco, and the Malecon all within walking distance. Oh, and Elisa next door is super sweet!! I will definitely try to book again next time I'm in Cancun! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!

La ubicación estuvo bien, cerca de un supermercado. El alojamiento excelente y espacioso. Estaba limpio y no le faltaba nada. Estuvo tranquilo, dormimos bien.

Excelente alojamiento, acorde a las especificaciones. Todo el tiempo súper atentos a cualquier duda o inconveniente que tuviéramos. Sin duda volveremos. Excelente opción.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tout était vraiment fait pour que nous soyons à l'aise. Hendrick est vraiment très sympathique, très réactif et très efficace. Il a arrangé le transport pour nos déplacements de notre arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'à notre départ (incluant les déplacements entre nos différents airbnb). Au niveau de l'emplacement de la maison, je pense que c'est bon d'avoir une voiture ou de prendre des taxis pour visiter.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to everything in Hotel Zone. The view is absolutely amazing. Most of all the communication was the best. 10/10 recommend staying here.

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

We had an amazing stay at Igor’s condo in Cancun. From the moment we booked until the day we left, Karla was incredibly supportive and attentive. She stayed in touch before our arrival and throughout our entire stay, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. We were traveling as a family — my wife, our 5-month-old baby, and my parents in-laws — and Karla’s care and attention truly made a difference. On the first day, there was some emergency construction happening next to the property, which caused a bit of noise. As soon as we contacted Karla, she immediately reached out to the property management, and the issue was quickly addressed. Thanks to her quick action, it had absolutely no impact on our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what really made our stay special was Karla’s outstanding hospitality. We felt truly cared for and were able to enjoy a relaxing and stress-free vacation. Highly recom

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.

Una experiencia maravillosa en este hermoso y cálido departamento con vista a la laguna. A pesar de que nuestra estancia fue breve (solo una noche), quedamos encantados con la comodidad y la tranquilidad del lugar. La vista es simplemente espectacular y crea un ambiente relajante. Además, el departamento estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual refleja el excelente cuidado del anfitrión. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Altamente recomendado!

This property is perfect from location to amenities. Rosario is a fantastic host and the answer time for any questions was perfection. I highly recommend staying at this property and I am definitely giving it a 10 out of 10. Thank you Rosario and I will be returning soon!
