Waterfront vacation rentals in Punta Cana

Amazing place located in the heart of Cap Cana Marina, just a few steps from restaurants, pool area, grocery store and many other amenities. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Sebastian was responsive and diligent.

This place was truly great. The location is exactly as the pictures show it, directly in front of the beach. The place is big, airy, and clean. The kitchen had what we needed. The location has a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car and had safe parking inside the complex. The bedrooms were very spacious, and having three full bathrooms was amazing. There’s a large pool right next to the building that was a nice post-beach wind down. Julie and Caren were extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The property is overly stocked, much more spacious in person, and has an incredible patio overlooking the marina. The location is peaceful, beautiful, safe, easy to get to, not far from the airport, and close to tons of resorts, restaurants, beaches, and more! We had the perfect stay in Cap Cana! I would highly recommend this stay. Cap Cana is the pristine area of Punta Cana!

Great place to stay! Close to everything.

One of the best Airbnb rental you can get in the area. Close to everything and a lot of authentic and elegant options for food and entertainment around. Very clean and spacious apartment and it is at a reasonable rate. Definitely will be returning. And they were flexible with my checkout time. Much appreciation for that!

Beautiful views of the ocean and beaches. The terrace overlooking the beach is closer than any resort. We walked down the stairs and our toes were in the sand. Located within a gated community. Plenty of space for a family of four. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 restaurants literally right next door. Market within walking distance. Was able to book massages on the beach, right next door. The bedrooms stayed cold with the individual air conditioner. The air conditioner in the living room/dining room/kitchen does not keep it cool enough. Eventually left it off and just opened all the windows and doors, which would be cool enough sometimes and other times would be warm, just depending on the weather and breezes. The terrace was having issues draining after rain. Host tried to fix it, it needs to be fixed. Host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Our AirBnb experience was amazing and we would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Dominican Republic. The place was exactly like the photos and our bachelor party of 10 guys had a blast. The space was very private and the rooms each had their own washrooms as well. Anything at all that we needed our concierge was at the ready. We cannot emphasize how much the entire group loved the place and the hospitality. The fried chicken at the restaurant at the location was also really good too. The hotel also has an easy to use mobile app that made everything a lot easier too where you can see what to do and even order food to your Villa. We were 2 minutes from the beach which was also beautiful. An amazing stay and an amazing trip, best one we've all ever been on thanks to Vianny and the team.

Spacious and clean rooms. In general, the villa has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. private beach with very good areas to walk and spend the day. Excellent.

Agua was there to welcome us into her home when we arrived. She showed us around to all the amenities and responded very quickly to any needs we had. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Bryan was very responsive. He dealt well with our high maintenance moments. View is amazing. Felt like we had our own private beach and pool. Way better than the all inclusive options. We will be returning.

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

Friendly and responsive hostess Julie, always available and ready to help with any questions. The apartment is bright and clean, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, a green and quiet guarded area. Close to the sea via a private passage by key. There are many stores and cafés nearby. Free guarded parking. Everything is perfect for a peaceful vacation. The apartment matches the description and photos. We recommend!!!

Wonderful Stay! We stayed at apartment H102 in Punta Cana and it was an excellent experience. The property is right in front of the ocean, offering a spectacular view and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is in perfect condition—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Plus, the customer service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always available. We would definitely come back!

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.

Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.

Everything is excellent, the place is wonderful, walking to the beach and pools, walking around the marina is fantastic. Very quiet place, highly recommended.

Tara’s place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, beach accessible with beautiful surroundings. Virgilio was our support person and he was exceptional, always available and very friendly. We found the facility to be a great value.
