The place was beautifully decorated, as described in the pictures. Peaceful view, great for reading and relax. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our stay at Ingrid’s place was absolutely amazing! The house was gorgeous, with a view that honestly looked like it came straight out of a postcard. But what really made the trip special was Ingrid herself—she’s an incredible host! She answered all my questions super quickly, fixed every little issue in no time, and was always there when we needed anything. Seriously, she handled everything like a pro and made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free. Need something? Ingrid’s got you! We felt so well taken care of and relaxed the entire time. I 100% recommend staying here—and we’re already planning to come back! Plus, I’ll be checking out her other listings too, because if this one is any indication, they’re going to be just as fantastic. We needed space for our adult children to join us. We had our own rooms and bathrooms which is wonderful. The common space is clean and open. The outside patio is large. We also enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants. Thank you for a positive experience.

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

This was an overall great stay. The property and the unit layout is just as is shown in the pictures. There are two(2) restaurants on property, a beach bar, a gym, a beach area, a lounge co work space and a play area for the kids. There is also a main pool, and one closer the unit. To get around the property itself, and around nearby places in Punta Cuna, you will definitely need a car. You can rent one from the host with ease. They also offer airport pick up at a cost. The host was extremely attentive, super pleasant and very helpful. He was also super responsive if I had an issue, or a question. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

We cannot speak more highly about our stay at Edwin’s condo. Everything was as described. Beautiful and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Edwin was very communicative thru out my entire booking process as well as during our stay. We couldn’t have ask for a more gracious host. We love the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. Everything you need is in walking distance. It was our most relaxing vacation ever. We are used to all inclusive vacations but what a difference. No schedules, no worries about claiming beach chairs, and most definitely no hassle for timeshares. We are so happy with our trip and cannot wait to return!

Amazing stay! The place was in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. The cozy rooftop was the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend!

I liked everything

The accommodation is just as shown in the photos, everything is very nice, clean and well-equipped, everything worked perfectly. The apartment is very nice, the only bad thing is the carts that never pass by, we had to walk to the beach almost every day, which is about 20 minutes. That was the only bad thing, but the apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. The owner was very attentive to us, and always responded immediately. The common areas, such as the pool, were very clean. They cleaned everything every day.

Absolutely coming back with jacob as my host! was my first experience renting an airbnb in DR and jacob made it more than worth it! thanks for the beautiful comfort of your home

Beautiful residential area, beautiful pool and the neighborhood is well maintained, a lot of security

Loved the place, the area was quite so optimal for relaxing days and evenings. The amenities outside like the gym and the pool were clean. The house was clean and they provided us with towel for the beach too which was nice.

Such a great find! Everything was walkable, with a multitude of really good restaurants to choose from. The beach was legit 10 feet from the front door. The property felt pretty safe. The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of activities to do!

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

This place checked every box not only didn’t match the description. It was insanely spacious. It felt just like home. The place was completely private. Make sure you rent a golf cart to get through the area in Cap Cana . Exploring and finding little private beaches and restaurants was one of the best parts. It will definitely be worth it. The host was extremely communicative and met all of our expectations.. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing, this location was perfectly centered near beaches and nightlife as well as a plethora of restaurants and entertainment. The room itself is beautiful and clean- looks just like the pictures. Best of all, our hoist JC was extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire stay.
