I had a wonderful stay with my family. Having booked a few airbnb stays at mosiac before, this is really the best stay we had. The place was clean, well maintained and spotless. You can see the details that the owner had provided, it makes you feel right at home. I appreciate the drinking water provided upon check in, the toothbrushes set and some coffee. Will definitely book here if we are visiting midvalley again.

The clear labels and instructions made it easy to settle in—such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The building’s amenities were a big plus—we loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym (plus the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful!). The sea and forest views were breathtaking, too. KC was the epitome of a perfect host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. Amazing place with amazing view to the new city of Johor Bahru. For small family within 3 or 4 people, this place is great and comfortable to stay for relaxing. Pool within the complex help in outdoor activity. Owner also show great hospitality. Really recommended to other!

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

Had a fab stay at Kym’s place! 🧳✨ Super easy to find and just a stone’s throw from City Square Mall—perfect for food, shopping, or emergency bubble tea runs. 😄 Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the apartment had everything I needed, right down to the tiniest detail. Kym was a gem—quick to respond and gave instructions so clear even my GPS felt appreciated. 📍 Only one bummer: the sofa had seen better days (looked like someone forgot what a coaster—or common sense—was 🥲). So here’s a friendly note to fellow guests: let’s help keep the place lovely for everyone and treat it like our own home (except maybe cleaner). 💁🏻‍♀️✨ Would definitely book again—minus the mystery stains!

Love the unit. Comfortable and spacious. Good view of the neighborhood. Within stones throw to southkey mid valley mall. Food, entertainment, shopping all taken care of there! Enjoyed the swim at the pool too. About half the length of an Olympic sized pool. Will try to book again if my wife and I are in town!

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

Nice place to stay . Comfortable

Definitely a must for a short vacation with families. Near to woodlands checkpoint and you can see senoko island from above. Easy to travel as well and walkable from the immigration. Would come again for sure. Owners are all responsive.
