Boat Quay Studio Apartment (South bridge Wing)

Edmar, May and Anne are great! Crazy low price for the location and quality of the room. One should just be aware of the noise from the bars and clubs; I use a noise machine when I sleep so it was no issue for me.

Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay Studio Premium

I arrived at 11:45pm and was unable to retrieve my digital key due to system maintenance. However there was a tablet on the wall where I could communicate with someone and they directed me to an area where I could obtain a temporary key card. Very thankful!

Good quality hotel, nice and clean. The only problem is that it is near the boat quay, and it is a bit noisy at night.

Heritage Collection on Seah Loft

DavidRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We could not make the app work when we arrived because once inside the building there was no 4G coverage. We stood there for quite a while trying to get it to work. Luckily Joelle was just leaving for the day and she helped us connect to the Wi-Fi and showed us how to use the lock. Recommend you warn people to get the app working before they enter the building as there is 4G coverage out on the street. Only other comment I would make is that the key system was sometimes very flaky and took many attempts before we could open the door or use the lift. The room itself is extremely compact and I did bang my head several times upstairs but we were warned about that before we booked. I probably would book a larger room next time I come to Singapore, however it was functional and did the job for us. Thanks David Holton

Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay Studio Single

Looks just like the pictures, clean and the hosts are very responsive. They also gave me recommendations for places to eat and drink. My one complaint is the extensive check in process. Other than that everything was great

Boat Quay Studio Plus (Quayside Wing)

JulianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay was as described and very clean, a great value for what you pay for. However be aware this location is not located on a main street for rolling in and your luggage out of; getting dropped off by a car. There is cobblestone and busy restaurant solicitors you will pass by. In addition, the restaurant solicitors are quite aggressive sometimes so be aware you will be passing by them going in and out of the building.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything I wanted to see and do just a short walk away. It made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. I must also highlight the fantastic staff, especially Cora, Nica, and Edmar. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and an unbeatable location!

Boat Quay Studio (Quayside Wing)

Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
Although it was noisy downstairs, the room was very soundproofed, and I couldn't hear anything. It was very comfortable to sleep here for one night. It was a few minutes walk to Clarke Quay. I played until 2 in the morning and came back. It was exactly as I expected!!The only unpleasant thing was that when we checked in, there was a problem with the phone verification code. I struggled for more than an hour to communicate with customer service to solve the problem of not being able to successfully authenticate and issue the key.Remind everyone to apply for a mobile key in advance, and remember to connect to the hotel wifi, because the signal blocking is very strong
