Monthly Rentals in Pulaski Park, Chicago

Needed to downsize to a home that slept 5 people vs my original 9. She accepted my reservation request quickly on short notice. The home pretty much matched the pictures and was very clean and a great neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and there's this cute vegan ice cream shop on the corner that's delicious too. Hope to visit again soon.

747 Lofts was nice. The place was small enough for 1 person only. The place was clean! It had everything you needed (iron, ironing board, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, dishes, gas stove, paper towels, garbage bags, tv w/remote. Parking was perfect. There was no reason to have 2 refrigerators! Some bottled waters could have been there. But the snacks were nice. The bed was really low but ok. Great place!

The perfect place for my family to stay for a long weekend in Chicago. It’s a great neighborhood with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, but the street itself is quiet and residential with a school and little park across the street. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, and the dedicated parking space behind the building was a very nice feature! Rasheed was SO helpful and responsive when we needed to extend our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

I just moved to Chicago and Barbara’s place was a wonderful, cozy place to land while I looked for a permanent apartment. It’s in an awesome neighborhood, with lots of cool shops and restaurants, a nice park and a 5 minute walk to the train and many bus options. The place itself is spacious, cute, and well set up. It feels homey and comfortable. While she’s very clear up front there is no stove or proper kitchen, the keurig, microwave, mini fridge and toaster oven can get you very far. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
