Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Puerto Varas

The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well maintained. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the area's beaches, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from downtown. The apartment itself is very well kept and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy, located in a very nice and new building, quiet and safe environment, 5 minutes from Plaza Pto. Varas. Edu took care of all the details to make my stay excellent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the space is spacious, everything was impeccable, the bedding, bathrooms and kitchen all seemed fabulous to me. It has good heating and the space is cozy, plus its decoration is very nice. My experience was really good and I recommend it anyway.

Excellent, the location is very nice, and the apartment provides privacy and rest at night. The pool is beautiful and super family-friendly, and it's heated. In the apartment, everything was as described, and the heating is impeccable. The parking is great since it has an elevator and you can also have laundry service, which helps a lot when there are several of you and you're there for several days. 100% recommended

The apartment is spectacular, great location, close to restaurants and attractions. Very comfortable and pleasant, just like the photos, it has everything you need and the pool is spectacular. We also used the laundry and it worked perfectly.

The house has everything you need to spend many comfortable and quiet days. Leyla is very kind and attentive, she helped us with everything we asked for. The location of the house was also great, with businesses nearby in case of anything. It's a very good place to stay if you want to get to know Puerto Varas :)

Excellent house, almost like new, with all the comforts to spend several days in the place. The plot is beautiful, the quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has are remarkable.

Excellent option, it complies with everything the listing says. The area is nice and very quiet, with several nearby businesses to eat or buy supplies. It is away from the mall, (good option to rest without annoying noises), but by vehicle you get to the mall or the oulet in 5 minutes. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable. The house is very equipped. ( kettle, toaster, electric oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer) in addition to the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Good heating by A/A. Vehicle can be stored, in the patio with enough space for a truck. A minimum detail is the height to enter the shower, in our case it was not a problem because we used the barrels installed in it and the help of a plastic banquito that we imagined for that purpose. We would definitely come back.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and convenient with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was anything I was wondering about. I would definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.
