Excellent place. There were 6 of us and we were super comfortable. The place is super quiet and the apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and the volcano. We'll be back anyway. Claudia was very attentive to our arrival. Thank you very much ☺️

The stay in the building was comfortable, good location, quiet, a nice lake view, clean, quite central, a price according to the stay. Except small details (Ex. TV without cable/antenna, access door to house that requires adjustment to close comfortably), is a fully recommended option to host in Puerto Varas.

Everything is fine, no problems with the apartment or Gabriela's service. Very helpful and attentive to everything in order. We only had one problem with the heating but luckily there were other alternatives such as electric heaters. Very clean and well located apartment. If I go back to Puerto Varas I would book this apartment again. I recommend it.

Beautiful, cozy place. From the decoration of each space to the common rooms of the building, being attractive for large and small. Getting there on foot is a little complicated due to the location, but by car or Uber it's very easy to get there. The details, appliances, beds and space, the views of the volcano and the ocean, made our stay an excellent experience! The hosts' attention gave us support and help when we needed it, as well as the kindness of the concierges. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended! We recommend the place!

Miguel Ángel's apartment is a great option for families with children, it's comfortable and spacious. The host was in touch when needed, and shared a very useful guide to get around Puerto Varas. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy and very well equipped to cook and eat if you don't want to go out. Very nice neighborhood and views of the city. We took advantage of it as much as we could. Thank you!

Everything was very good, the apartment was in excellent condition, everything was very clean and there was no noise at night, which is appreciated when you have children. Communication with Valentina was very fluid with almost immediate responses. Highly recommended!

Varas! its Lakes and volcanoes! a Gift for view and Espiritu; second the Department of daniel with its unbeatable location! that allows you to get to know walking on foot, or by vehicle the environments ; it welcomes us warmly for the moments of rest , they are appreciable ! Ideal for going with the family, it has a well-equipped kitchen, enough linens to rest well. Paula responded to my inquiries quickly and gave me timely information to check in. I recommend it!!

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.
