Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Away from the bustle of the city but still walking distance to the action. The view was incredible and the personal touches inside the apartment made it feel like home. Bonus points for the indoor hammock! Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay, easy to find, easy check in, great location. There is a nice balcony with partial ocean view. The middle balcony separates the kitchen area and bedroom. The string lights are nice feature at night on the patio. The bedroom has a nice large sized tv. The bed is so comfy and great to get a long sleep in and good quality sheets and towels. Matt was easy to get a hold of for anything and I would stay here again for sure. A plus as well as Matt ensures there is a large jug of filtered water available!

As a single woman traveler, just coming in for a few days, wanting to get to know the area, this studio was sweet, Marisol was warm and responsive, and it was located near all the quaint wonderful restaurants in the area. At night it was quiet. I felt very safe. The apartment is simple, no frills and on the second floor (walk up). I would definitely return.

Miguel's place is nicely located in a quiet part of Alta Vista. The surrounding greenery adds to the charm of its location. The property is comfortable and well equipped with lots of space. The jewel is the private pool and lounging area which is perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. Although the last block up to the house is a steep climb/drive, it's close to numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. Miguel was very helpful and responded to any questions we had and also worked quickly to resolve an issue with the AC. Highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the vibe of the old town and Zona Romantica.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

I had a great trip to Puerto Vallerta and Luna's Airbnb was fantastic! You can walk to Playa Del Oro beach which I did each day but is also close to things like Malecón and Zona Romantica. I learned how to take the bus for 10 pesos but you can also use Didi or Uber. The apartment is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants closeby as well. Great place to stay in Puerto Vallerta, I would go back. Luna also has a coffeehouse + bar (and pizza) nearby. It's awesome!!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Very beautiful, comfortable, clean and with all the amenities. You can see that the owners are good people: good quality products, shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, a very complete first aid kit, ice in the freezer, etc. You don't see that in many Airbnbs anymore. The whole family enjoyed it and we were very comfortable. The sunsets are unparalleled from any level of the property. The pool area is very nice, the kitchen is functional, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is very efficient. The house's decoration is very well thought out, it is very nice inside and out. This property is definitely recommended. Consider arriving by car well stocked with groceries and drinks because the climb to get there is very steep, it is worth it for the views but there are not many stores nearby. Don't hesitate, book if it's available, it's luxurious!

Our 2 week stay at Los Tules was a joy! Our unit more than met our expectations. The location and amenities were excellent and we highly recommend it! Enjoyed the variety of pools and the clean, beautiful grounds. The landscaping was extensive and well maintained and the restaurant there has a great menu and the staff are top notch! We used the small store that is located on the grounds for ice, snacks and beer. Housekeeping is very nice, friendly and always helpful. This unit is on the 4th floor and literally steps from the beach with a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy incredible sunsets and unparalleled views towards the Bandares Bay where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean… Alis is proactive, prompt and always answered any questions that I had! This was our 4th visit and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jose Luis’ beautiful condo!! We loved the location and yes you have to be able to walk up a short hill. It kept us in shape throughout the stay. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. It has everything you need for a fabulous stay. The rooftop pool has a view of the entire PV and is the best place to watch the sunset. We would definitely book this condo again!!!

Oz was wonderful. He picked me up at the airport which made everything so easy. Location was excellent with restaurants and bars right out the door. Short walk to the bay. The place was very nicely decorated and well appointed with everything that you need. The balconies were a big plus. Noise was not a problem for me, but I was there during a slower time. I would definitely rent again!

This listing is STUNNING!!!!! My siblings and ours spouses booked here and we LOVED IT!!! It’s better in person than the pictures! It’s huge & has breathtaking views. Everything about our stay was great! Both pools were gorgeous, and the sunset in the balcony like nothing we had ever seen. Uber was so easy to use when moving around. We loved the property! It gave resort vibes! We loved everything! Will definitely book here on our next stay! 100000%
