It is difficult to find such an accessible property, in a traditional Canarian construction house, with quality materials, and in addition to being in the center of the town, it gives the feeling of being rural, surrounded by vegetation and where you can hear the singing of birds. Access and Terrace Through the external iron staircase, you go up to the first floor, where you will find the private terrace, which with a cheerful and careful decoration welcomes guests to their home. From it, you can see the horizon (in the distance, the sea) and enjoy the pleasant sunsets of the north of Tenerife. You will be constantly accompanied by the sound of the birds that nest around the house and in the green areas that surround it. The attic From the private terrace, you access this penthouse, unique for its structure and materials. In the diaphanous room as a loft, there are the kitchen and dining room, a living room, a bathroom, a work area and the bedroom space. What really stands out is the quality of the traditional construction and the perfect combination of the materials, one meter thick stone walls, and the roof of the traditional roof, gabled. The floors and ceiling of mulberry wood, give warmth to all the space that has been completely renovated thinking of a perfect stay. The entire attic receives natural light :) The kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave, induction hob, water heater and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary elements, electric coffee maker and toaster, and complements such as salt, sugar, oil or vinegar so that from the first minute you can start with the preparation of food and cooking preparing your own menu. The lounge The living space, cozy and well decorated as the rest of the house, has a comfortable sofa, equipped bar furniture (with drinks from many corners of the world, kindness from our guests), Smart TV with access to Netflix and a music device through bluetooth. Bathroom In the bathroom, there is a comfortable shower tray, and equipped with a hairdryer, bath towels and a set of towels for the beach are supplied. You'll find toilet paper, as well as soap for the sink and shower gel. In case you need additional sets of towels, you only have to request it, and it will be immediately placed at your disposal. The attic is accessed through an external staircase, completely independent. The parking and the laundry area (washing machine and dryer) are common spaces that are available to guests at all times. You access the garage through an automatic door with a remote control that we will provide you as soon as you get home :) In addition to the independent access to the attic through the exterior staircase, you will find the door that connects with the private garden where you can enjoy comfortable chairs and the outdoor shower to cool off. The main advantage is that, respecting the privacy of the well-defined independent spaces, you have us at your disposal at home, by phone or WhatsApp for any question, recommendation, surprise that you want to prepare your partner or problem that may arise during your stay. The environment is calm and within the historical centre of Tacoronte, a small town in the the north of the Tenerife island. At 10 minutes driving it is the beach and natural pool of Mesa del Mar and other small towns. From the penthouse you have easy access to the north motorway (TF5) to quickly visit the rest of the island. If you do not have a car, there are several bus lines in the neighborhood. Do not hesitate to write us if you have more questions! Whether you decide to rent a car during your stay and enjoy your own schedule and the convenience of having private parking, as if you do not need a car, the penthouse is well located in the center of the town, with a bus stop nearby that will allow you to move through the island to the main destinations. It is 50 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport (TFS airport) and 15 minutes from Tenerife North airport (TFN airport). Taxis are not expensive, and you can hire them by phone, or requesting such services.

Casa Jorgito Canarian Style House with Private Heated Pool

This is an authentique Canarian style house. It has beautiful views of the sea and mountains , when it is clear you can see Mount Teide. The house is very warm and cozy has many places where you can relax lay back and read a book. There is a covered terrace in front of living room where you can enjoy breakfast every morning. In the back garden you have the pool and barbecue area. The pool is heated and it also has a huge cover to keep it warm during the night, so it does not cool down. The house does not have central heating or A/C but it does have heaters in bedrooms and also A/C devices. The house is fully refurbished it is divided in three floors, the top floor has two bedrooms with bathroom en suite. The two rooms have a small heater in case it gets a little cold. The first floor has the common living area, dinning table and kitchen. In front of the living room there is a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool and the garden where you can have breakfast every morning. The garden can be accessed directly from the living room. The ground floor has a very large bedroom with a King size bed and a sofa bed, this room has access to the garden . Also on the ground floor you have a bathroom mini sauna/ gym and a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer/iron. The pool area is surrounded by a wooden platform and it has four sunbathing loungers, you have the most amazing views of Mount Teide and the Valley if the day is not cloudy. You can also enjoy a barbecue lunch in the garden. Guest access- Our guests have full access to the house as it is private. We also have a lock box for house keys located at main entrance gate. We will be happy to assist you and guide you on things to do depending on your requirements. We also have someone in the area who will be available if required. I am available by text message and Carmen is the lady who takes care of the house. This home is located in a very quiet and residential area, with 2 supermarkets and several restaurants within easy reach. The main shopping destination the Mall La Villa Al Campo and the centre Puerto de la Cruz are both a quick 5-minute drive. From the house. To stay in this house the best option is to rent a car, so you can go and visit as many places as you can. Casa Jorgito is in a quiet and residential area, 10 minutes drive to Puerto De la Cruz Centre. We have 2 supermarkets within a few minutes from house Mercadona and Lidl, Lidl is also open on Sundays. The main shopping Mall La Villa Al Campo is also 5 minute drive from the house. There are a few restaurants in the area

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment with a courtyard. The room and bedroom have a high ceiling and it is all stylishly decorated, perfect for a longer stay. (Like our almost 2 weeks) Bathroom is also very spacious adjacent to the cozy kitchen. Chris is a very friendly host and has good tips on, for example, swimming spots. Upon arrival there was delicious fruit and wine! (Bananas are also really tastier in Tenerife) It is also a pleasant village as a base with a small supermarket, pizzeria, plenty of terraces and a very nice swimming area. Coincidentally, there was also a nice festival during our stay.

A sandy beach is presented with dark volcanic sand, bordered by palm trees. Sunbathers enjoy the sun under white umbrellas while colorful beach towels are scattered across the sand. The clear blue water gently laps the shore, creating a peaceful coastal atmosphere.

Excellent choice of accommodation. Klaus and his wife welcomed us personally and helped us with everything we needed including privet parking for a small fee. Was a pleasure to meet them. The apartment was clean and in good condition. Very well equipped. full kitchen and new washer and dryer inside. Excellent heated pool and smaller one on the roof. the beach was just a short walk as promised. small supermarket and restaurants just under the building. Would definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! We were greeted with a warm and generous welcome to this charming, blue-themed haven. They gave us a comprehensive tour, provided snacks, and shared numerous great recommendations. They were also incredibly gracious and always quick and thorough in answering any questions we had. Honestly, this Airbnb alone might be reason enough to visit Tenerife. It was spacious and had everything you could need: fast internet, a large and spotless bathroom, a sheltered deck with stunning sunset and ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, and so much more! The neighbourhood was peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep in one of the three comfortable beds. It's also in a great location with most towns and attractions just a short drive away. In the end, this Airbnb will stay with us for a lifetime. Do yourself a favour and book it—you won’t regret it!

The apartment was perfect: located directly on the beach, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the extras like snorkel, umbrella and cooler bag. Saúl was exceptionally friendly and greeted us personally upon arrival. He not only showed us the area and gave us helpful tips, but even provided us with something to eat – that's really not a given and made our start to the vacation even more enjoyable! The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you need. Parking right outside the door, great location and overall just a great place to stay. We would come back anytime!

We had to urgently change accommodation and Martina was really amazing. She prepared the place for us quickly and was able to advise us to make us feel at home with our 10-month-old daughter. The environment is magical, with a direct view of the ocean. Be careful, you have to love hearing the sound of waves🌊❤️ All the comforts are present in this apartment. Martina is a really nice and responsive host. If we have to come back to the island this is where we will go again ✨

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. Thank you, Daniel!

The apartament is super comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 week stay with our small baby a lot. The terraces are lovely and offer privacy, and the pool is enjoyable even when the weather is not great as it is heated. The pool is shared with some other guests but that never posed issues. And yes, some of the roads close to the villa are narrow but we found they are easily avoided when ignoring the navigation and getting straight to the mainroad, so no issues there. Even though puerto is a bit colder that the south side of the island, we found the north to be more authentic. Do not miss out on Guanchinches for local food!

We had a great week at Carlos’ and Cynthia’s home. The flat is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. When we arrived Cynthia brought us some eggs and we were allowed to pick herbs from the garden. The view from the terrace is incredible.

The house was very nice✨, as seen in the photos, it also smelled very good, everything was very clean and we had many towels, blankets and details such as food, drinks, etc. that are very useful and much appreciated! The host was very nice and very attentive, always at your disposal. We were very comfortable and I would repeat 😊👍🏼

Had a really great stay here! The host was super thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed — even snorkelling masks, and a baby crib which was a nice touch. The location is perfect for swimming and just a short walk to a lovely public beach. Highly recommend!

What a nice base this is! Very quiet and at the same time you are on the highway within a minute, so you can easily do all the activities you want. Luis has good tips and responds quickly. The Suite was wonderfully cool, the beds were comfortable and the shower was warm and with sufficient pressure Our son had fun with the games present, Netflix and figuring out the guide that Luis made. Recommended if you are looking for a quiet location with swimming pool, comfort and yet want to be on the road quickly.
