Gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in guter Lage. Alles wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit Susanna war sehr angenehm. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. In den Straßen ringsum waren stets ausreichend freie Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden, sodass die Tiefgarage nicht notwendig war. Teneriffa ist wundervoll, wir kommen gern bei Gelegenheit wieder! 🥰

The place was great, clean and accurately resembled what is on the pictures, we very much enjoyed our stay here. The garden is also nice and well kept. The place also has a (shared) roof terrace, which is great for cozy nights. We received a coffee machine for our stay and all the kitchen, bathroom & cleaning equipment (washing tablets for dishwasher and washing machine) were provided. The host was also very nice and easily reachable by whatsapp/call. We broke a glass on the last night and no extra costs for this was charged. Please note. especially for Tourists who want to enjoy a quiet holiday, this place is located next to one of the biggest roads from the highway to Puerto de la Cruz. Therefore there is constant noise of cars coming by. However, for people who will likely not spend most of the time at the apartment but just need a place to stay while visiting, this is perfect. Further, during our stay we got locked up in the bathroom once, probably because the locks of the doors are old and not properly working anymore. Luckily we were able to fix this issue ourselves in a short period of time.

Heerlijk verblijf in La Casa Verde gehad. Appartement 7 heeft de beschikking over een prachtig dakterras met uitzicht op Puerte de la Cruz, El Teide en de Oceaan. Dit dakterras is exclusief voor degene die in #7 verblijven. Heerlijk om daar lekker ontspannen te zitten. Er staan nu ook meubels gemaakt van pallets, aangevuld met mooie, kleurrijke, dikke kussens. Er komt wel veel verkeer (onder je) voorbij maar dat was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Is dat wel een probleem voor je, sla dan La Casa Verde over. Wel jammer want de appartementen (we hebben ze allemaal mogen bewonderen) zijn allen zeer smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht. Alle gemakken zijn voor handen, inclusief zeepjes, shampoos, douche-gels en in de keuken een compleet pakket om te kunnen wassen (waspoedertablet) en af te wassen. In de (grote) slaapkamer zijn er badjassen en slippers ter beschikking. Communicatie is vriendelijk, charmant en voorbeeldig.

Nice cottage in a renovated farm with a very pleasant garden with views on the surrounding hills. Only 20 min drive to the Anaga park with rugged hills and wonderful, but strenuous hiking paths in lush greenery with great views. The ocean is also close, great for watching the waves crash on the rocks. Severall small and big towns around with local feel, not really touristy. Pleasant spaces in the cottage, one room with double bed and one with twins, plus common room with dining set and sofa's, separate kitchen. Covered verandah and lots of spots to sit in sun or shade in the garden and around the pool. The pool was covered in this season to keep the water warm (about 23C), available for swimming. Wifi in the common area next to the pool available for all cottages. A panaderia at walking distance for breakfast supplies and so. We wil definitely consider to return as we both liked the cottage and the walking and scenery on the island.

Просторная, уютная, со всем необходимым) Особенно порадовала капсульная кофемашина и посудомойка, большой выбор посуды, полотенец, одеял. Огромный уютный балкон, на котором можно завтракать, работать, заниматься спортом и просто загорать🙌🏻 Мария при заселении встретила, всегда была на связи, посоветовала очень хорошие рестораны и пляжи🥰 Всегда находили место для парковки рядом с домом, а в комплексе встречал и провожал консьерж, желал доброго утра и открывал нам двери✨ В общем, рекомендуем на 💯

Totalmente recomendado. Fue una experiencia genial, el estudio es tal cual se ve en las fotos, el espacio magnífico, sus instalaciones en perfecto estado, el jacuzzi también. Buena comunicación y atención por parte de los propietarios. Lo mejor es que nuestro perrito también pudo disfrutar de la experiencia, volveremos!!

Nos ha encantado este alojamiento!! Increíble las vistas al propio Teide, la amplitud, comodidad y limpieza del apartamento! Genial la facilidad para contactar con los anfitriones... Lo recomendamos al 100%!! Y a tan solo unos pasos del centro, genial ☺️

Great place to stay in Puerto De La Cruz.

It was an amazing experience! Communication was smooth and prompt, the check-in process was very easy, and the apartment was beautiful and spacious, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location was great too, a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around. Bibiana is truly a superhost—she responded to all our inquiries within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place!

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento per una settimana ad inizio giugno. L’appartamento è piccolo, adatto a due persone, curato, comprensivo di ogni cosa tu abbia bisogno. La posizione è ottimale sia per spostarsi nelle cittadina sia per andare in altri luoghi. Intorno ci sono bar, negozi, supermercati. L’host è gentilissima, veloce nel rispondere a qualsiasi quesito e molto attenta al fatto che tu possa passare un’ottima vacanza.

Excellent apartment—very spacious, spotless, and fresh-smelling with crispy clean linens. Great location close to main attractions and perfect for a long stay. The rooftop was spectacular, and parking at the building was super convenient. Bibiana was a great host, easy to communicate with, gave helpful local tips, and was flexible with check-in. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Tenerife

Notre séjour à Santa Cruz a été vraiment magnifique, en grande partie grâce à cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, dans un quartier agréable, proche de tout, tout en restant calme et reposant. L'appartement est lumineux, propre, bien aménagé, et parfaitement équipé - on s'y est tout de suite sentis bien. Un vrai plus : l'immense terrasse sur le toit, avec une vue superbe sur la ville et les montagnes. Nous avons adoré y passer du temps - que ce soit pour prendre le soleil, faire un peu de sport grâce à l'espace dédié, ou simplement se rafraîchir sous la douche extérieure. Un espace rare et très appréciable ! Un grand merci aussi à notre hôte, toujours bienveillant•e, disponible et attentif-ve, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs et beaucoup de gratitude. Et si la vie nous ramène un jour à Santa Cruz, nous reviendrons ici avec grand plaisir. Merci pour tout !

Super Unterkunft. Alles war wir angegeben und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus, war wirklich schön. Die Strandpromenade erreicht man in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß, dort gibt es viele Restaurants. Teilweise ist eine etwas längere Parkplatzsuche, in der Nähe der Unterkunft nötig.
