It is three blocks from Mercado Juárez or Mercado México, and a 20-minute walk from the historic center. We recommend that you get around and get to know the city on foot, the apartment is perfectly located to live Guadalajara, very close to the historic center, Paseo Chapultepec, in a quiet, cultural and gastronomic area. You will be able to enjoy many of the attractions of our beautiful city without having to spend your money on any type of transportation. Living in the apartment is a very pleasant and welcoming feeling. When you open the windows and the space becomes one with the terrace, you will enjoy it very much. At night from the terrace you can see the planes take off in the distance and it is a show that you can enjoy. On Libertad street or in the Juárez market area (from the terrace and turning left you will see it 2 blocks away), you can enjoy delicious breakfasts in multiple cafes, the vast majority have terraces with trees and plants, you will experience quiet and enjoyable moments.

Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. It is charming, safe, full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. It is a 2-minute walk to Parque México and convenient for public transportation. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. The metro station Chilpancingo is a 10-minute walk away, a private taxi stand is 5 minutes away, as well as an Ecobici bicycle exchange station. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.
