Good welcome, kind and discreet host. Very clean private room with balcony in large and beautiful accommodation in the countryside near the beach. Quiet and peaceful place, I liked to be there. Beaches and grocery stores very close by car I recommend

This villa exceeded all our expectations, the comfort, tranquility, hospitality - incredible. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped in until the second we left, Sakis and his team did everything to make our stay perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Offering advice, helping book transfers and taxis, even a one to one lesson on how to make Greek coffee, Sakis was the friendliest host. Personal deliveries of pancakes and milkshakes for the children from his restaurant just next door made them feel like kings. Sakis helped us arrange a boat trip and advised which was the best value for money which was so helpful. Even though the restaurant is next door it was in no way an intrusion and we wasn’t disturbed. The food offered is lovely alongside a good choice of cocktails and a pool table - what more could you want? We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and we have recommend to family and friends. My advice? Don’t hesitate, just book, you won’t be disappointed.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was absolutely awesome! Takis was very friendly and shared lots of local recommendations and resources for Zakynthos, especially sharing a local restaurant after accommodating our late arrival when most restaurants are closed. Takis’s mum was also very kind and friendly - shared a lot of loquats with us from the fruit trees downstairs and we like it very much! The only thing you need to be aware of is, if you drive to there, the location is not accurate. You may need to search the property name on Google map rather than relying on Airbnb’s direction.
