Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the house. Everything you need for everyday life and more was available. We went on many excursions, on each mountain plateau there was something for children to discover, e.g. the Murmelpark, this is a large water playground. The Hochzeiger is very close and there is also a great water park. We also hiked the Stuibenfall and there were also many paths for our bikes. All excursion destinations are very easy to reach and a dream for children (and adults) Great hospitality. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is wonderfully quiet – there are hardly any other buildings in the area, so you can really relax here. The warmth of the apartment was particularly pleasant, which is a big plus in winter. The heating works perfectly, and it was cozy at all times. We were also impressed by the cleanliness – everything was spotlessly maintained. In addition, the apartment is superbly equipped, especially the kitchen offers everything you need to cook without any problems. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Theresa is a warm and helpful host who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with beautiful views of the mountains and lots of excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. We stayed there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. You can linger and have conversations at the kitchen table. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Thank you very much, dear Sasa!

We were warmly welcomed by Alexandra. The place is great for families with kids as there is an extra playroom and a cool slide outside that thrilled our 4-year-old boys. What's also great is that almost every room has its own shower. You can do great things in the area: hiking, climbing and the natural swimming pool in Wenns.

We had great days in Obsteig. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. Because it is in the basement, it is of course a little darker, but nice and cool in summer temperatures. Particularly noteworthy is the family hotel, which is about 5 minutes away. My kids loved the play barn and the swimming pool. Without exception, all the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating with questions. We will be happy to come back!

We loved the lovingly designed farmhouse. It was rustic and very comfortably furnished. Many loving and authentic details rounded off the ambiance. The beautifully landscaped garden also invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Kristin is a great host who has always been very friendly and helpful in responding to all concerns.

Highly recommended! Spic and span, tidy, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountains. Nearby are restaurants, shopping and by car you can quickly reach great destinations. For our one-year-old daughter, a bed and high chair were provided and also for our dog, baskets and bowls were provided. Very, very fast communication, easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

Very nice and spacious apartment with upscale equipment. We felt very comfortable right away. This was also due to small touches such as a few drinks in the fridge, coffee, sparkling wine. Steffie was always available immediately for questions and also acted flexibly. Overall a well-rounded experience!

We felt very comfortable! Everything was clean. The apartment was as described and clean! The view from the balcony is beautiful! We had the swimming pool to ourselves. The region has a lot to offer businesses. (We were traveling by car.) We will be happy to come back. :)

We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog spent hours there unattended (behind the Thuja hedge there is a wire fence). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (from which you hear nothing at all) on the upper edge of the village directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the very nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 meters in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-around successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

We spent 2 very nice weeks at Desiree's apartment. The apartment completely corresponded to the information. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to make good use of the terrace. From Wald/Arzl you can do excellent hikes. And even to the end of the Pitztal it is only about 45 minutes by car. We visited a different alpine pasture every day, it never got boring. There are shops in Arzl. The restaurant density in Arzl is not very high. However, the Bungy-Stübchen is a very good and inexpensive restaurant with nice service. On foot, it is about 30 minutes from the apartment, but about 150 meters in altitude difference. If you have hiked all day, the car is recommended. A walk over the Benni Raich Bridge is definitely worth it. Thanks again to Desiree and her parents for the great time!

A lovely, spacious, and fully furnished apartment in the heart of Ötztal. Many shops are within walking distance, including supermarkets, a drugstore, and more. It's also easy to reach various hiking and via ferrata routes by car. A free parking spot is available right next to the house. Finn and his family have been incredibly kind and helpful — we felt very welcomed during our stay. Thank you and wish you all the best!

We felt very comfortable at Melanie's place and had everything we needed. Above all, the location is good as you can quickly walk to the city center and also go hiking from the property. Although the house is located directly on the street, you can't hear the cars very much with the windows closed. The farm shop recommended by Melanie is excellent and made our stay even better.

The apartment is better than on the photos, modern, stylish and very cosy! We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Andreas was very helpful and responsive, we felt welcomed and cared for. Would definitely recommend!
