Vacation rentals with a patio in Prutz

Jessi is very friendly and her accommodation is very neat and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come again.

We stayed 3 nights at the property. Everything met our expectations and the descriptions. I'd love to come back anytime.

Beatrice was extremely helpful and very responsive. She helped with tips for the area, The apartment was well placed for our day trips. Had a lovely view. And apartment was clean. The rain did put a little damper but Beatrice cant be faulted for that :-) We had a lovely time in Wenns. One thing to note was parking in the allotted spot may be a challenge if you drive an SUV or MPV., especially if there were other cars parked. We drove an Skoda Octavia. We managed though. Want to thank Beatrice for her warm hospitality and kind consideration. Thank you!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

We had a mega lovely time. An ideal starting point for many beautiful excursions!!!! Manuela and Walter are very warm and nice people with lots of great excursion tips! We felt right at home!!!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable time 😍

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, stylish and very well equipped – we really enjoyed cooking ourselves. The view from the kitchen and balcony was simply fantastic! The entire residential complex was well-maintained and quiet, the location central and safe. Everything you need was nearby: supermarkets, nice cafes within walking distance and many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, all instructions were clear, feedback came quickly. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back. Absolute recommendation and a big thank you to Marco as host. :)

The residence in the Ötztal is the ideal accommodation for traveling groups who are active during the day and then want to end the evening together in the accommodation. The converted barn with sauna and table is perfect for beautiful evenings and the oven conjures up a cozy atmosphere! We will be back!

The house is really super nice and modernly furnished. The view is simply breathtaking. In addition, we have never been to a place that has been so spotlessly clean. The communication with Andi was great and the check-in very warm. Everything was made child-proof for our little daughter, and all sockets are secured. Changing table, high chair and baby bed were also provided. We were completely satisfied and had a great vacation!

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace and quiet we were hoping for amidst this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful cozy apartment with everything you need. By car to the ski resort to Ischgl 30 minutes without traffic jam and with parking space guarantee. We enjoyed our stay! In summer, certainly also wonderful with the spacious terrace and the gigantic view.

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. It's all there what you need! Plenty of space for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun for a while. The contact was prompt and friendly before and during arrival. And... Simone surprised us with tangerines and nuts. For us, the apartment was perfect
