We had an amazing time! Giulia was super responsive and helpful. The apartment was very comfy and we felt right at home!

Stefania's place is an ideal place to spend time at Lago di Garda. It has everything you may need and more - especially the balcony with a stunning view of the lake. We spent most of our time there. The place has also private little pier, where you can enjoy the sunny days. There is a place to put your bikes or paddle boards. Parking is on private grounds which is a real gem in the area. Shops and great restaurants are within walkable distance. Overall, I cannot imagine a better place to enjoy holidays. Thank you Stefania, we will be happy to return!

As soon we booked the apartment we found a great welcoming, a clear instructions, easy and friendly staff. We stayed two nights and we feels like we are in home the apartment was clean and furniture was in good condition, the kitchen was prepared well and the best part i enjoyed with was the large terrace with super view show Garda lake with the mountains and nice jacuzzi up there. Highly recommended for family and its enough for 5-6 people. Miss Olympia was very kind and so helpful that she shared with us list to around the area and nice local restaurant. Thanks to all Bmp team.

A wonderful place to stay while visiting Lake Garda! The photos do not to the location justice, it was so much better than expected. We will be staying here again next time we visit!

We had a great stay at Valeria's apartment. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities very. Check-in was very easy and Valeria was always available. In 2 minutes walk you are at the lake. Parking is available directly at the property. The apartment has a great location for trips around Lake Garda. Valeria's hospitality was meaningful. Well, she even gave us a little welcome gift. We definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment for two nights and highly recommend it! Ireen welcomed us with beautiful energy and genuine laughter. She gave us an introduction to the apartment, which is perfectly located. Garda Lake is vast, and we weren’t sure where to stay, but we were so happy with our choice in the end. In the morning, you can relax on the small balcony and enjoy the first rays of sunlight and a beautiful Italian view. A refreshing swim is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. After a day out, you can return to shower (just note that water pressure can be an issue in the area), then head down the stairs to catch a breathtaking sunset and treat yourself to gelato by the lake. Elisa was also incredibly responsive and caring throughout our stay, and her collection of books is a lovely touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The place was great. The location was perfect, you just have to walk across the street and immediately you are on the beach, in addition you only walk a maximum of 10 minutes to get to various restaurants. The view was beautiful. The place is recommended!

We stayed there for a week. Absolutely great location, through the tunnel directly to Lake Garda for swimming and to walk on the promenade. Short way! Great environment with restaurants and small alleys with shops. Totally pretty! The apartment was very clean and tidy, bathroom is new. Everything matches the pictures. We felt comfortable Above all, the view from the balcony is awesome. I'd love to have breakfast there and sit in the evening. With shutters and lights. There was also a functional air conditioning, which made the 30 degrees very bearable. The kitchen was missing a cutting board and a pan turner, but otherwise everything was available. Dishwasher, oil, salt, garbage bags... all there. Contact with the host was in english. Very nice and accommodating, responded quickly. It was a great stay, we would come back.

Great apartment. Ideal for the Three of us. Not huge but everything you need. Small development of around 10/12 apartments. Wonderful view of the Lake from patio. Huge Pool & others have said practically had it to ourselves during the week. Good local restaurants, Mara was an excellent friendly host. Highly recommended😁

Communication with Boris an 11/10. Always available, super fast answers, absolutely understandable instructions, simply GREAT! The apartment is really very small, the two of us had a large suitcase and with this the room by the couch is already well filled, but that doesn't matter at all, as the bed offers plenty of space (also for 2 people >1.80m) We cooked 2x and always used the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner :) The view from the terrace was great, also the way to the lake is short and the pebble beach is fine. You are within max. 10 minutes directly in Garda on foot and 5 minutes by car to the nearest large supermarket in Garda. We absolutely loved our stay and were very satisfied. Thank you :)

A great spot right on Lake Garda and a stones throw from the centre of Peschiera, with all it has to offer in terms of access to ferries, restaurants and rail links. Bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space. The apartment is clean, spacious and has lake views. It is a busy spot as there is a beach bar and footpath with lots of footfall but that is part of the atmosphere and convenience that the apartment brings. The pool area is lovely and private garage very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We are a family of five, with three boys aged 12-20. Nice apartment with plenty of room We especially enjoyed the large and great private outdoor area, with several seating groups, both in the sun and shade. Large, clean and great pool, where we were often was to ourselves. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful area, with a short distance to many beautiful cities and towns. We visited Lazise, Sirmione, Verona and Bardolino among others. Can recommend a trip to all of these places. The apartment has private road access down to the beach. On the beach there is a little rocky in the water (fresh water), and some murky water. Nice beach but we enjoyed ourselves best by the pool. Washing machine, barbecue and fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself, while also enjoying great restaurants in the many nearby villages. Parks like Gardaland, Movieland are only a few minutes drive away. Highly recommend having a car. Extremely friendly, punctual and helpful host.

I stayed in Garda for a month at the off-season time in November and that meant most shops, restaurants, hotels and services were closed, AND it was amazingly peaceful and beautiful! There were mostly locals and only a few tourists. It was lovely to watch the christmas preparations and building of the christmas market. Barbara’s place is small but suited my needs perfectly. It’s enough space for one person but two will be tight. It’s only a few hundred meters down to the beach and the center of the town is approximately a 15min walk away. I would stay again. If you travel in italy during winter, bring slippers.

We stayed here with our two young children (4 year old and 21 month old) in the 3 bed apartment with a massive balcony and a great view of the sunset (loved sitting on the balcony at breakfast time and night time). Absolutely wonderful. Very big and very clean. Marion gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We had the pool to ourselves all week. Very quiet safe area with electric gates (you can hear Gardaland but that didn’t bother us). Nick who met us for check in, met us an hour early and was very nice and helpful. We had mosquito spray when outside and kept the mosquito doors closed and/or the doors/windows closed so didn’t have any problems (great air con). We rented a car so we could get to everywhere around the lake with ease. We had the best holiday in Lake Garda! We didn’t want to leave! Thanks Marion.

5 stars – highly recommended! The stay at Roberta and Sara's apartment in Sirmione was great. The contact was very friendly and the key handover went completely smoothly. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very clean and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay – from the kitchen equipment to the cozy sleeping area. The location is great: quiet yet central. Everything is within walking distance – supermarkets, the lake and highly recommended restaurants (e.g. the "Silk ") are very close. I would come back anytime – thanks for the wonderful time

We loved sitting out on the balcony here and it was perfect any time during the day. With a sunset exposure, the beautiful draw down awning provided the perfect amount of shade when the sun was quite strong. We stayed for a week and never ran out of things to do. Highly recommend! It only took a few trips up the short but steep drive to the reserved parking spot right next to the building.

Amazing location. The view from the upstairs bedroom is unreal. And the hammock in the garden is a really nice touch and very relaxing

We have spent a few days at his lovely appartment. The view from here was just awesome. Very good restaurants and bars all nearby, a small grocery round the corner. Public transportation is also available but somewhat a challenge die to ...punctionality 😁. But it takes you to almost every town in both directions. Parking is also another challenge, yet to no suprise für to limited space in the towns. But thanks to Michele's parking card we had no parking costs.😊 Garda area is generally very lively . We thoroughly have enjoyed our stay with Michele. 👍😀🌴

The property is very centrally located to the lake & the road, which is great for excursions or a quick immersion in Lake Garda. The communication was great, the accommodation clean, easy to reach and everything was a good fit. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!

The apartment is quite cosy and the garden surroundings are outright magical. The only thing a bit complicated for the first time is how to use variois keys, but Nadine (the host) is very helpful :) The apartment is ideal for a family of 2 + up to 2 children, and it is really nicely decorated.
