I can only report positive things We were nicely received, the handover was quick and straightforward. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient, the location is great and the most important thing worked properly in the apartment. We had the problem one evening that we could not close our hair dryer to the sockets. We were immediately brought an adapter the next morning, which I call helpful, 👍🏻 thank you for the stay.

Excellent apartment for a great price! Less than a 2 minute walk from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. The apartment was clean and was very lovely to stay in. Would certainly recommend :)

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

mr. Pierpaolo's apartment is perfect in every way, a stone's throw from the sea, and very close to all the grocery stores you may need Pierpaolo has also recommended a restaurant very close to the apartment where hospitality and food prices are excellent, if in the future I want to return to Rimini I will know where to go, highly recommended.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and cozy, it is in a great location for those who want to be close to the sea, but staying in a very quiet area!With bicycles available, you can quickly reach the free beach, near the Ferris wheel (we preferred this solution to the establishment). There is what you need in the kitchen and cleaning of the apartment. Gilberto and Gianluca are very helpful and easy to reach for any need.

Beautiful renovated villa consisting of an apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and another small apartment facing the street. We stayed in the big one. Each of the two real estate units has its own private outdoor space. Very clean house, extremely bright thanks to the skylights, close to the sea, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Kitchen equipped with everything. Great and kind welcome. If I really have to find a flaw: I would have liked a minimum supply of at least detergents, soaps, etc. (that's how we do it in the mountains...), but I still gave 5 stars because it deserves it!!!!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay on Annapaola’s place. Greatly located in the heart of Riccione, the apartment is close to the beach and local restaurants but at the same time is quiet and very peaceful. The apartment itself is spacious for a full family and the private garden outside is super enjoyable in summer time. Definitely recommended!!

Beautiful place, lovely location. A splendid view in a territory to be discovered. The house is beautiful. To relax and enjoy the area. We did not meet Verena, who we heard little about and who delegated the management to Sara, who was truly exceptional in managing our requests and welcoming us. As a side note, a beautiful house and furnished with great care, but not too suitable for small children. Congrats!

The place was perfect for us, a family with two small children and grandparents who were going on a week's autumn holiday in the Rimini area. Quiet surroundings, walking distance to most places, own parking and large patio. Recommended!

The house was perfect for our needs, a large kitchen, a large dining room with living room where the children could play and the grown-ups could relax. The rooms upstairs were warm and cozy, the many large bathrooms make it perfect for a vacation in multiple families even with children. Andrea was kind and welcoming and available in everything. Lovely room, with Enza & Christian as lovely hosts! They paid attention to little unexpected details, that made our arrival very nice. The view from the window is amazong, and the surroundings quiet and beautiful. We were 'warned' for maybe an early loud rooster and some dogs in the area, but they were so far away it didn't bother us at all. We got exactly what we expected from the listing and more. If you are looking for a quiet retreat in great nature not too far from interesting sights like Monteleone, San Marino and Rimini, this is the perfect place!

I stayed at Chiara's for almost a week. Cute and equipped apartment, as well as the room. Very attentive and welcoming hosts. The location is very convenient to the downtown center. Recommended!

Gabriele is amazing host. He was very nice and picked us up from the bus station. The place is very clean, stylish and fully private. It was one of the best stays we’ve ever had!

We stayed in August 2021 with our 3 children a week in Fraukes apartment. The property with meadows and olive and fruit trees is beautifully situated in the hills, the view is great. Nevertheless, it is not stored, as Urbino is only 10 minutes away by car. We had the large pool almost to ourselves as well as the children, as well as we spent a lot of time there to cool off. Also, there will still be donkeys, horses and cats. The apartment is also sufficiently large for 5 people and has everything it needs. Nearest beaches are about 40 minutes away. If you are looking for peace and idyll as well as connection to the city (for example, a delicious ice cream ;-)), this is the place to be. Urbino and surroundings have a lot to offer, unfortunately we were too short to look at everything.

Natalia’s flat was very clean and spacious, had everything you need for a short stay. Location was very central, close to everything. I also loved the common space! Natalia was responsive and welcoming. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Robinia apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful swimming pool area was a delight to come back to after a day's sightseeing and the scenery and views were outstanding. We will return!

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

Perfect stay! The apartment is elegant, modern and tastefully furnished, but at the same time conveys a pleasant feeling of home. Equipped with all the necessary amenities, nothing was really missing. The area is very quiet, but within walking distance there are pubs, bars, restaurants and, above all, the sea! The presence of a private garage was a big plus, as well as the supermarket right in front of the house, really convenient. Great value. I highly recommend it to those looking for relaxation, comfort and a strategic base to explore the area. I would definitely go back!

We (4 adults, one child and one baby) stayed 12 days in the accommodation and loved it from the first second. The first meeting with Michael and his family was very warm and welcoming. This cordiality has permeated the entire vacation. All rooms in our accommodation were extremely clean and very nicely decorated, you felt right at home. The children were very happy about the pool, which we only found out about on the day of arrival. We got a welcome gift, which is not a given. Also, one of us had a birthday during the vacation and he was also given a little something. I could write so much more, but unfortunately there is not enough space. For us, it was the best Airbnb vacation we've ever had. Anyone who has the opportunity to vacation there should take advantage of it. Thank you for this wonderful stay!
