Debora and Lorenzo were exceptional hosts! Although we used the self check-in, the instructions were clear and simple to follow. The house is cared for in every detail, still smells new and has all the comforts. It's also soundproofed! The location is super central, with parking and essential services just a short walk away. We will definitely recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

The apartment is very cozy, clean and tidy. Hosts have been very helpful and responsive. For a stay in Cattolica, we absolutely recommend it!

Apartment in an ideal location for the sea and evening walks in a quiet area

We stayed for work as 4 people, the apartment was spacious, clean, super equipped. Access was simple and the check-in instructions were ultra detailed. Cassandra is super helpful, kind and very professional. Working in the industry, we hope that others can be as kind and hospitable as Cassandra. The apartment is impeccably equipped with everything and even if something was missing Cassandra would have been immediately ready to provide it. Which wasn't necessary. Cleanliness is impeccable. The area has ample parking, we came with a van and we always found a way to park without problems. No disturbing noise, we always slept peacefully. Perfect in everything, we will definitely be back.

Renting Lea’s house on Airbnb was the best decision I made this year. The house is beautiful and the views are hard to beat. There was plenty of room for my multigenerational group of 6 with three beautiful bathrooms and even a washing machine. We enjoyed the pool every single morning and evening. We made easy meals and ate them outside watching the sun set. We followed a recommendation to a restaurant for our only night out and I had the best duck gnocchi over another unbeatable view. Paola and her family were easy to communicate with and were thoughtful and very friendly. We received delicious eggs from their chickens that we scrambled for our last breakfast. Paola has a booklet with very detailed listings of everything you might need from restaurants to grocery store locations, to suggestions on what to do in nearby towns. I highly recommend getting out of the cities, renting a car, and driving to Montelabbate for some r and r. Our group was truly at peace and we left incredibly relaxed and ready to tackle our next leg of our trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Grazie! - Urbino (magical at night) and Pesaro (best gelato I had was at Alice) are within 30 minutes away. - San Marino was about an hour drive and you can easily spend half a day there. - Frassassi Caves is about an hour and 30 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Everything was perfect and we would visit again. Highly recommend the place.

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

Our stay was great. We were greeted warmly and even got a regional pastry at breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with basics like salt, coffee, water, and pleasant additions like beer, wine. The house is beautiful and sits on a large property with lots of trees. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the birds singing. The hosts took good care of us during the whole stay. They suggested visiting Verucchio and a local olive oil shop, which we also strongly recommend. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, all the amenities are impeccable, they make you feel very well received and at home. The service from Barbara, the owner, was excellent, attentive to everything that was required and with wonderful treatment, seeking to assist in the kindest and most special way possible.

Perfect family stay, beautiful home with plenty of space for us all. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and places to be together as a whole family. Lots of bathrooms, clean large luxurious towels The pool was lovely. WiFi could be intermittent so not always god enough for streaming but we found other things to do. Air conditioning was not always effective however there were plenty of fans in the property as an alternative. Would absolutely recommend this home and hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
