Excellent stay in this magnificent Tuscan house where Elena welcomed us with good humor and great kindness. Thanks to her! The accommodation (an apartment in a house that has 2) is as described and well arranged for a family of 5 like ours (3 children from 10 to 5 years old). The pool (not too hot!) is a real plus because it was very hot during our stay! It is cleaned every morning discreetly. The kids loved playing with Primo the little cat and enjoying the large garden. We were afraid that the promiscuity with the other tenants was a problem (noises of children in the pool) but this was not the case. Luckily, we didn't have the same schedules and everything was done very naturally 😉 An important info: each room has its own, helpful fan. We also recommend leaving the windows and doors open at night, to enjoy the wind that blows very pleasantly in the evening. Grazie Mille!

We stayed here for less than two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house is very lovingly decorated and the outdoor area with the trees is wonderful for relaxing in great heat. Olivia and Jethro are very welcoming and you can tell how they care about these spots. Thank you

Great old monastery with beautiful surroundings and great views from the terrace and garden. Isabella and her family were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay with a very good breakfast. We will be happy to come back.

It’s an amazing peaceful place to stay, private pool was a great size provided by a brilliant host who gave a variety of recommendations one of which being horse riding along the hills which was fantastic! This location is not far from both Florence and Pisa giving us plenty of opportunities to go and explore. If you want modcons this is not the place for you and if going around august time ensure you have plenty of insect repellent. Gemma was an amazing host who made our holiday so much easier having been very responsive and on hand to help answering any questions, highly recommended!! Definitely worth going back for the beautiful spot and recommend to anyone looking for that traditional feel.

A lone traveler by choice, I found the perfect refuge in this place. If you're worried about getting there by public transportation, there's no reason to do it: I did it without a problem. After the bus, there are well-marked trails; you just need to be in good physical condition, although the route is not too demanding. This place is a real dream. I chose it for my first days after the flight and it was ideal for fighting jet lag. I relaxed in the pool, read among its carefully tended gardens and, in the evening, enjoyed the living room with a good book and a glass of wine. Breakfast is nice, but what you really fall in love with is the view. If you are looking for privacy, tranquility and a place to truly disconnect, do not hesitate: this is the place.

The place is highly recommended! It was a really great stay. Delicious breakfast, nice hosts, and there is the possibility to have dinner at the property. The animals on the farm were a great highlight for us.

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Was the perfect stay for me and my wife on our honeymoon across Italy. Beautiful property with everything you need! Also very close to a small town with all the essentials including a co-op store for great local groceries. They make the most amazing olive oil on the property, honestly the best I have ever had in my life. Great place to relax and rent a car so you can visit all the local restaurants and wineries!

We had the pleasure of spending a night at Colonne, and it was the perfect romantic escape. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Tuscan countryside, Colonne offered a seamless blend of comfort, beauty, and nature. The views from the jacuzzi were absolutely stunning — peaceful rolling hills, farm animals wandering below, and the quiet magic of the land all around us. The dry sauna was the perfect touch for relaxation, and the decor was thoughtfully curated, creating a space that felt both elegant and cozy. Breakfast was generously provided, and every detail of our stay felt easy and cared for. Colonne is close enough to Florence for quick visits to the city, but far enough to feel completely transported into a slower, more beautiful way of living. It was the ideal setting for a dreamy, restful stay — one we will always remember.

My family and I traveled through Italy for a month, and our four-night stay here was, without a doubt, the highlight of our adventure. From the moment we arrived, Giovanni’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. His passion for Tuscany shines through in every detail; we were greeted with his wine and a beautifully arranged charcuterie board. The home itself is impeccably maintained, exuding a resort-like ambiance that provided a soothing contrast to the bustle of Rome and the Amalfi Coast. The serene Chianti landscape and breathtaking skies left us in awe. Giovanni went above and beyond, organizing a fabulous cooking class and planning a scenic route to Siena. We loved this place so much that we ordered a case of Giovanni’s exquisite wine, which he kindly arranged to ship back. We’ll be back

What a great winery! The location is really unique, the accommodation is in the middle of the vineyard and very quiet. Alessandro our host was very nice, gave us a warm welcome and took a lot of time to show us everything (including the wines). We were also very happy with the accommodation, which was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed.

We loved staying at Bryan and Marina’s beautiful place. It was in an idyllic place, overlooking the valley, with lush garden surrounds. The atmosphere was rustic snd peaceful but we had everything we needed. With a car, we were able to explore the area (Siena, Lucca, Florence), with some great local dining options. Bryan and Marina were helpful and friendly, but Aldo left us to do our own thing. What a beautiful place they have created together.

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

We had the most magical stay at this Tuscany farm! The property is absolutely stunning — nestled among rolling vineyards and olive groves, with postcard-perfect views in every direction. Our apartment was spacious, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, sharing local recommendations. Our kids loved meeting the animals, exploring the grounds, and especially swimming in the beautiful pool overlooking the hills — it was a total dream! Very nice quiet place to stay with Tuscan flair. Great complex also with a pool and a view. Quickly in Florence and on the streets to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!
