The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

We had a great stay at Sylvia’s place. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere and peaceful despite being close to a lively area. It was super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable and we loved having access to the terrace. Sylvia is a fabulous host- she was very friendly and helpful, especially spending time helping us work out the best way to travel to Pisa airport on the day of a national strike! It was nice to also have basics for breakfast - tea coffee milk juice toasts and jam, etc. I’d thoroughly recommend Sylvia’s place and would stay here again.

Fantastic place, with beautiful quiet surroundings. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - it was exactly what we needed. Peace, beautiful nature and natural sounds. And how lucky you are to be allowed to live right next to a babbling brook! We felt both warmly received and very welcome. Thank you for letting us visit the winery – it was a great experience. The pool was lovely, and breakfast was a highlight every day with new, delicious cakes. The location is also absolutely perfect – peaceful, but still close to everything. Lorenzo’s place is only a few minutes walk from the nearest tram station, Leopoldo, which was only 5 stops always from the S.M.N train station. It was easy to get around and has nice restaurants nearby too. Lorenzo’s place was clean, nice and had everything we needed. He was also very responsive and friendly, he checks on us time to time to make sure everything is okay. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone who is visiting Florence.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!

The couple was very friendly, and I was able to stay with peace of mind. It was a little inconvenient that we couldn't use the water freely due to plumbing problems, but otherwise we had a pleasant time. The location was good and it was easy to get to. If I visit Florence again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you!

Marco offers a relaxing B&B, with more rooms available and is well cared for, out of the chaos and with large outdoor spaces. Everything is functional, from parking, to the garden, to check-in times, to breakfast made with great care. It's a refreshing place and he's extremely positive and welcoming. I'm a host myself, too, and if I could give him 10 stars and 10 praises the view. Thank you for everything.

Place is great..... The owners also helped us resolve our logistical issues and met us at the check-in time. A stone's throw from Florence , in a quiet and well-stocked area. We stayed one night only , and we really appreciated everything during our (short) stay. Impeccable cleanliness, renovated to new building, great breakfast. We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

Irene is a terrific host and goes above and beyond to help you in any way possible. The B&B was beautiful and sits high up on the hill overlooking the city of Florence below. From our bedroom we saw the dome of the Duomo and enjoyed the breeze coming in our window. Cappuccino and delicious breakfast made each morning a pleasure. Top notch service, pristine bed and bath room and lovely views. This was a high mark in our 2 week Italian trip.

Marco’s place was amazing. It is the perfect getaway spot, very quiet, but easily accessible. It was also fun to chat with Marco over breakfast! We will definitely be back!

What a special and exclusive place to stay... Villa in Carmignano is 16-th century house with history all around it. Very authentic place. Isabella is very nice host. We did enjoy the place and our dinner on terrace with unbelievable views. Parking is free. It is not very far from Florence. We would stay again!

We only stayed for one night but we immediately felt at home. The room was perfect like the whole house but the real plus was being welcomed by a special and helpful person like Cristina. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!

The solution that Lavinia proposes is perfect for short (but not too short!) stops. The garden is fantastic, the common areas are cozy. Lavinia and her mom are polite and caring people, but not intrusive at all. The room is perfect for resting and photos correspond exactly to reality. Thank you! P.S. Breakfast was… delicious!

It's an extremely fun b&b with delicious breakfast! It has a good quiet location, accessible with nice little roads over the hills. The swimming pool gives cooling after a hot day, and there is a delicious restaurant where you can eat well. The people who work there are all very friendly and nice, they are happy to help you where needed. We stayed there superbly, thank you!

We loved our stay here! Everything was beautifully clean and we found staying in this little town a more affordable way to still easily access other parts of Chianti by bus. The free breakfast at the local cafe of croissants and hot chocolate was INCREDIBLE! Thank you Andrea again for the stay 💜💜💜💜
