In the middle of nature, the peace and quiet. and for those who want: walking, climbing, discovering...many activities. Pescara and the beach is just half an hour's drive away, Rome 2 hours. You will find our house 10 minutes from the toll road in the hamlet of Santa Maria del Monte where we rent this private room plus bathroom.
