Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Parma

Everything was as described. Nice room in a quiet area within a short walk to the city centre and free parking available. The sauna and gym are a great plus. Above all, Luciano was an absolutely great host and I highly recommend this stay.

In Val di Codena we really felt at home. The apartment is located on the side of a hill surrounded by woods, with a beautiful view of the valley. In summer you can also enjoy a pool overlooking the edge of the hill, a shame it was too early to try it! The interior is cozy, spacious and, in our opinion, tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing, from the water kettle to the vacuum cleaner for the ash from the fireplace. Cleanliness is also impeccable! Speaking of the fireplace, Mathieu provided us with wood throughout the stay and it was extremely pleasant to relax on the couch in front of it while it was raining outside. Although the apartment is part of a group of three, you have total privacy and the impression of being alone and immersed in nature. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to relax in contact with the mountain! We'll definitely be back soon!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

We loved our stay. It was peaceful and spacious with stunning views which is exactly what we were looking for! If you’re looking for a local spot without crowds of tourists this is the one. We day tripped to Parma which was great and the nearby towns are great for walking. The host helped us book all of our dinner and lunch reservations - we HIGHLY recommend Trattoria Serena di Borghi Quinto - it was incredible and very clearly homemade for the locals. The place is very nice and well-kept and a short walk from the city center! Parking is a plus, as most of them are for a fee. The room is spacious and cozy with a really huge shower! A plus is definitely the bed that is very comfortable. Luciano was very quick and accurate in his communications, also showing us some places to eat. I recommend it!

Federico is an exceptional host, he was attentive at all times and made it very easy for me to check in. The house is even better than the photos and it has everything the guest needs! Thank you for everything!

Check-in and check-out were very easy and understandable, also with the help of Michela's English-speaking son. The parking spot in the underground parking is a big plus! The apartment was extremely clean and there was everything you need for a short vacation. The direct surroundings are not too beautiful, but on foot or by bus you can quickly get to the city center and enjoy it. All in all, I would recommend the apartment due to the good value for money!

Comfortable apartment for those who want to visit the surroundings of Reggio Emilia or for those like us who needed to be near Campovolo. Apartment surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area. Host Mattia is friendly and kind. We recommend it and we will gladly return.

Luciano is a very precise person, always available for any problem and responds immediately to any need. I found the apartment very clean and tidy when I entered, complete with every accessory to make a peaceful stay. Luciano also offers the use of the gym included in the accommodation. In short, highly recommended ❤️
