Waterfront vacation rentals in Province of Novara

We had a great time at Maria Teresa's place. Check-in and communication were smooth and she was extremely friendly. The apartment had everything to feel at home. Unfortunately, we have to give a minus point for the volume at night. There were loud cars and motorcycles, which wakes you up. But Maria Teresa can't do anything about it. We'd love to come back!

The apartment is nice and clean - as described. The location is great. The pool too. Communication with Paolo is great and always available for questions or problems. ✨

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. We enjoyed our time at Liz's lakefront condo. The views of Lake Maggiore from the living room/dining room and balcony are stunning. The location is peaceful, less crowded than the Piedmont side of the lake (Arona, Stresa, etc) but still has plenty to offer: good restaurants, historical sites, a beautiful promenade, and ferry service. The condo's private beach hadn't yet opened for the season during our stay. The listing and pictures are accurate. The unit is spotless and cozy with a decent kitchen, smart TV, and super comfortable bed. Our free parking spot was across the street next to the condo's private beach. Liz and her husband Alessandro are friendly, gracious, responsive and helpful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was and how things worked in the condo. They also had good suggestions for places to eat and visit. Liz checked in with us a few times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 7 nights and loved everything. The apartment is right on Piazza Motta where there were cafes, resturants and incredible people watching. Philippa was a perfect host. Helped with instructions to the the apartment from the train station and helped order a taxi when we checked out. There is a wonderful manual in the apartment that has all information, great hikes in the area, things to do, day trips and much more. There are cafes and resturants right below the apartment to have morning coffee and an afternoon Apertie. We loved how peaceful our time was at Lake Orta. Highly recommend. Michelle & Brian

We had a lovely time at Marias’s lake house. The private lake access is so lovely. It is shared with the other houses but we never had a problems. We were well looked after and even though I made a mistake with the number of people on my booking, Maria came straight away with an extra sheet of towels. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. It was a perfect mini getaway and I would recommend. The road down is pretty curvy, but the location is worth it.

We stayed in this very lovely apartment for a weekend getaway. We greatly appreciated the modernity and cleanliness of the apartment, everything was perfect. The view is breathtaking, it's a slice of paradise.

Anna and Marco were lovely hosts. Super responsive, especially because we needed a last minute booking, coming from Torino. They also upgraded us the room, for a bigger room, since it was empty, and they charged us the same rate as the room we selected. we had a super lovely two days, slept like kings! the beds were comfortable and everything was so easy and convenient. The view was amazing and it was such a treat to wake up in the morning to see the lake! in the evening, with glass of wine on the balcony, and the lake in the evening light. it is such a great joy to be able to relax and enjoy such an amazing location. Marco and Anna have a restaurant downstairs where they granted us 10% discount, and we were delighted with their local artisanal delicatessen products and wonderful service, and very knowledgeable staff So muh so, that we want to go back for my husband's birthday, next year. Lara’s home is a cozy gem in a beautiful setting. She made sure it was well prepared including having the heat on in advance and all amenities ready for use. All things were there to make it comfortable including a great kitchen set up for cooking, quality dishes, etc. She was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location overlooking the lake. Unfortunately, the train passes several times a day but also at night, which is noisy. We were unlucky in the 1st days as a very loud Italian family lived among us, there was nothing with siesta and relaxation. After that, he got better.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We gratefully took advantage of the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

My family and I decided at the last minute to take a trip to Lake Maggiore and stay there for the night. As soon as we identified the destination and then the house, despite the very short notice of the booking request, we found the apartment as described. Mr. Mariano contacted us in no time. Once we arrived, we were greeted by his wife, very kind! He showed us around the house and explained a few things and then, when we said goodbye, he also gave us some tips on where to find places to dine. She was really courteous. At the time of the evening exit, there was a very small problem with the opening of the common gate and Mr. Mariano, together with his very kind wife, instantly solved the small inconvenience. The kindness and courtesy they showed us, also leaving us some sweets and pleasant thoughts, is not always found unfortunately. Thanks again!!! Highly recommended

nice space!! beautiful view and it's amazing to have private access to the lake. Only downsides: you need to bring own bedsheets, towels and also kitchen towels - the beds are not that comfortable and on busy days you hear the road (especially the motorbikes). But overall awesome place and amazing value for the price!

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

Delia was a fantastic host, always available for information and suggestions. The accommodation matches the photos, very clean and comfortable, we needed something on the ground floor given my mother's mobility difficulties. Lots of parking in the area, I've never had any problems. Highly recommended.

Viviana welcomed us super friendly and with lots of tips for the area. Check-in and check-out were flexible and the apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures. What you need to know is that the apartment is directly above 2 cafés, which is why it is sometimes (especially in the morning) quite loud. The kitchen was clean but very sparsely equipped. But we would definitely come back any time :)

It was a very nice, comfortable apartment, located very close to the lake. A free beach/lawn area was within easy reach. Everything important was found in the apartment. Bathroom and kitchen were very clean as well as the bed. The associated terrace is just as large as the apartment and from about 1:30 pm the sun shines there. To protect yourself from the heat, you have an electric awning on the terrace and very good and functional air conditioning in the apartment. To the hosts: I was amazed how quickly Jacopo and Claudio respond to our messages! They were very helpful and gave us many opportunities for pastime. Conclusion: If you want to relax, this would be a perfect place. Shops are within walking distance and Milan is only 30-60 minutes away - depending on where you want to go Thank you Jacopo and Claudio

Cozy house with everything you need and even more. Lovely place with the lake on the doorstep. The large and well-equipped beach. We had the greatest time. We'll be back!

We spent 7 wonderful weeks at Simone's place. We felt right at home and highly recommend the apartment. Simone was always available and helpful.

Davide sent us the location and received us at the gate. We arrived late and he had already picked up breakfast for us the next morning. After a clear explanation of the stay, davide gave us the key and was always easily accessible for questions. The place was incredibly clean and the tennis court is a nice addition. We have really had a great vacation!

The property is very centrally located. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the lake, great restaurants and cafes. You can explore the surroundings on foot or drive to neighboring towns in a few minutes. We were on site with a baby, that also worked wonderfully in the accommodation. There is an elevator, but it is very small. Therefore, you can either leave the stroller folded in the hallway (or carry it up the few steps and place it in the apartment). Top: modern amenities, air conditioning, washing machine for emergencies, many and large closets, in which you can store everything super and thus fully use the small size of the apartment. The location is really great! If you have difficulties with the garage like we did (Mercedes B class in relation to the narrow garage was problematic), there are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Alessandro and his wife were very nice hosts.

Erika's place is lovely and clean. Erika is available to answer questions and provides hot drinks. Located in a pedestrian area, the accommodation allows access to shops and the city center, immediate. Free parking is easy to find on the surrounding streets. Finally, the prices charged

Very nice apartment with character, we have each other very comfortable, everything very clean. Nice welcome, everything was fine. The view from the living room/balcony is fantastic.
