The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house is very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stay goes smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so we could arrive peacefully, the house was a dream and he even left us a small breakfast. The house is beautiful, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very spacious, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, a great solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really thoughtful hosts!

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a short trip to Bologna. The bus connection to the city center (line 25) is perfect, paired with the free underground parking space. Opposite, there is a nice breakfast place. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is also equipped with air conditioning for the warm temperatures. Highly recommended. We would come back.

This was a lovely spot! It's a great bnb and I would totally recommend to others. The location was perfect for center city activities, and even a walk out to the San Luca church. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

What a wonderful stay with Laura! She is an incredibly warm and friendly elderly lady who made us feel at home straight away. The bedroom in her apartment was cozy, and although the bathroom was shared, it was always spotlessly clean. The view from her hilltop house is simply breathtaking – we could hardly get enough! An absolute highlight was breakfast on the terrace. Laura spoiled us every morning with delicious homemade jams and fresh coffee. This is the perfect way to start the day! The parking right in front of the property was also super convenient. We highly recommend Laura's place and would love to come back anytime!

Loved staying at Anna's place - the apartment is on a perfect proximity from the centre while still having the perfect combination of privacy/calmess and good amount of restaurants etc nearby.

Piero was most welcoming and his place is comfortable, clean and very centrally located. Piero was very helpful when we needed it but gave us plenty of space too. The breakfasts were perfect for our needs. Thank you Piero, it was great to meet you!

We had a wonderful time in the quiet accommodation with garden. The small breakfast is great! Christina and her daughter were very friendly and helpful! From Bologna and Modena, you can quickly get there by train and bus. We recommend an exceptional stay there and thank you very much 🙂

Lira greeted us, we communicated via Google translate app. She gave great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. Guilia is a very kind and helpful host. The communication is quick and easy. The rooms are immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. You can do a lot directly from the apartment (food, drink, culture) and in about 12 minutes on foot you are in the old town of Bologna. When the windows are closed, it is quiet for sleeping. When the window is open, earplugs are recommended.

Stefano is everything you want in an Airbnb host. He greeted us as we drove up and showed us around. He offered a well priced breakfast of homemade jams and bread and fresh fruit. One day while sitting in the common area he brought out homemade syrup that we mixed with water for a delicious treat. The place itself is wonderful to relax. Comfy bed and a private balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast every morning was on the patio with another exceptional view. After only two days we were feeling incredibly refreshed.
