What guests are saying:“This little place is a hidden gem. The room was very clean, spacious and the car park was actually separate from just street parking. The location suited us perfectly as we are not “stay right in the centre of the tourist area” type of people. The local restaurants were excellent and well priced, the local kiosk served lovely beer that we enjoyed at the lake. Bellagio is an hour away by ferry and to get the train back to Ginetta’s place you need to take another ferry to Varenna which is 10 minutes away from Bellagio. The breakfast on the patio was delightful and we enjoyed the lovely view. The only addition I would make is to add an egg each as there was limited protein. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable we have had but was fine.”

What guests are saying:“Luca’s apartment is excellent. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Lake Como region. Communication with Luca and check in was quick and easy. The apartment is located about a 5-10 minute walk from Lecco centre in a nice and quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket close by and the lake shore a short walk away. Lecco is a lovely town with plenty of nice restaurants and bars and great views up the lake. We used Lecco as a base for walking in the hills along Lake Como by taking the train to different towns and following sections of the well marked Sentiero del Viandante (the Wayfarer’s Path). Invigorating walks, fresh air and stunning views.”
