Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is magnificent and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the busy road but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very nice, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even though his English is basic. He was very flexible for check-in and checkout times.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

A recently and tastefully remodeled country house with everything needed. Spacious and well laid-out. Beautiful view over the hills. Nice pool. Quiet. Relatively far from shops, etc, in nearby towns. Landscaping ‘in progress’. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing holiday in nature. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really enjoyed the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel right at home and the communication was always impeccable. The accommodation was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly reflected the description, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility, with the possibility of taking walks and fully immersing themselves in the The beauty of the Marche landscape.

Have just spent a fabulous week at Casa Margherita. Absolutely beautiful house with fantastic gardens and breathtaking views. Pool was used every day despite the slightly cooler weather. Fausto was so friendly and helpful. The property had everything we needed and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of spaces to socialise or relax on your own. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

I will be very subjective here because we all have loved this place from the first day. We were rather realistic with expectations, it's an old house but renovated and adapted to modern needs so if you are picky you can always find something but in this rage of expectations we had, we were more than satisfied. 10 persons (5 adults and 5 kids) for a week in this place felt really comfortable, this house has lot's of space, kitchen is well equipped, living room is nicely decorated, sleeping rooms with comfortable beds. You feel that the owner put a lot of effort to make it pleasant to live. Everything what you need is there as well (grill, pizza oven, hammock, ping pong table etc). Swimming pools is clean and quite deep (kids were there all the time). Beside there are many nice places to visit around, starting from all small villages (you can feel typical Italian lifestyle there) to other bigger cities like Ascoli Piceno. Lovely neighbors. We got more than we expected.

John's place exceeded all expectations! Beautiful quiet location, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an outdoor area that offers many possibilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. GREAT!

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. Roberta's house is a gem in nature. If you need a relaxing place to stay in complete tranquility, it is ideal. The house is very nice, clean and recently renovated, very comfortable.

Perfect apartment for our vacation with two children. Clean and cozy. The railroad runs nearby, but the sound insulation in the apartment is excellent. We didn't mind the noise. It was very pleasant to feel the care of the hosts: a bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel and soap in the bathroom, beautifully folded towels, packaged salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil. Everything you might need during your vacation if you forgot something yourself) The location is wonderful. We really appreciate it.

What a wonderful stay! The house is fully decorated in authentic old Marchigian style, with an eye for detail and atmosphere. You immediately feel the charm of the region as soon as you enter. Everything is present – from a well-equipped kitchen (with everything you need to cook yourself) to small extras that make the stay just that bit more pleasant. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the whole house was very clean. The garden is beautiful: quiet, green and you have a breathtaking view. And as a cherry on top: a very friendly owner who welcomed us warmly. Absolutely recommended!

A totally magical experience! Beautiful apartment in the heart of a beautiful old town. Near to everything. Beautifully arranged with all you need for a perfect stay in Fermo. Valentina is very nice and helpful, the communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Thank you Marina and Samuele, our stay was very beautiful, the appartment has a lot of space, and the town was very lively, a lot of events going on on the main piazza, which is about 7min by foot. Marina and Samuele were very helpful. The house is amazing for a big group of friends and has everything you need!
