Villa with pool

AlvenaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

La Casa Rossa - Countryhouse with swimmingpool

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

We never saw Alessandra, but Peppe, an extremely charming gentleman, warmly welcomed us. The apartment was great. It has two or three different apartments. So if you think you're getting the apartment with the front yard, which is displayed on the front page, you might be wrong. We had a covered, also very nice forecourt, which, for example, the middle apartment does not have. Maybe it's also for general use, I don't know. In general, we enjoyed it very much and I would recommend the place to anyone who likes to have their peace. Thanks Peppe for your hospitality :-)
A spacious country house is surrounded by lush green fields and rolling hills. The outdoor area features a swimming pool and a covered patio. A gravel driveway leads to the property, emphasizing its secluded location and natural setting.

Villa with outdoor kitchen and amazing views

AbiRating, 5 stars10 months ago
A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.
The outdoor space features a circular pool surrounded by a paved area with multiple lounge chairs. Green grass and shrubs frame the area, while an old farmhouse is visible in the background, offering a rustic charm. A shaded terrace provides additional relaxation space.

Restored farmhouse with view to sea

ThomasRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
It is a beautiful and well-maintained house. Many accommodations do not understand that it is actually quite simple to make people happy, namely ensuring a clean house, kitchen with all the stuff, equipment, etc. you need, good shower, nice terrace. Everything was right with Fiona. The reception was very neat by Thomas. The house is very spacious, a very large kitchen, a lot of practical things are in stock already and you can use them. The swimming pool (we were there in May) was already fully up and running and at temperature. Very nice that there was a fence around it so that the small children could not just get to it. The WiFi was also ideal, I was actually able to do a number of work related video calls well there. Anyway, just a house with high standards, large (covered) terrace, nice in the shade.
A large, sparkling pool is framed by a safety fence, with rolling hills and a farmhouse in the background. The two-story structure showcases warm brick tones and a tiled roof, complemented by lush greenery and multiple trees dotting the landscape.

Stunning restored farmhouse and cottage with pool

DavidRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!
A serene bedroom is presented with a spacious bed, dressed in neutral tones and layered with decorative pillows. Large windows frame a view of lush greenery, while natural light enters the room. A bedside table with a lamp and a woven rug complement the warm wooden ceiling.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families with two children each. The place was perfect for us. The house is idyllic with a very beautiful view. The entire place is clean, comfortable we immediately felt at home. Hosts Debby and Thomas are very helpful. Debby offered to book a table for us at restaurants, it was an extra good service which made our stay easy.

Farmhouse in the Marche hills

FrancescaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A charming place nestled in the quiet of the Marche hills: an authentic oasis of peace, ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature and beauty. The house is beautiful — spacious, bright, perfectly clean and furnished with a refined taste that combines simplicity and warmth. Every detail conveys care and love for hospitality. Vincenzo and Nicoletta are exceptional hosts: present, always available for advice or a chat, but never intrusive. You can feel their passion and the pleasure of sharing this corner of paradise with guests. A rejuvenating stay, which we enthusiastically recommend to anyone who wants to slow down, enjoy breathtaking views and feel at home even when away from home.

Panoramic villa relaxing

MaudeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is magnificent and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the busy road but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very nice, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even though his English is basic. He was very flexible for check-in and checkout times.

One adjective to describe Patrizia's stay: PERFECT. The house is a corner of paradise, surrounded by a large garden and immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside. The beaches (Porto Sant'Elpidio, Lido di Fermo) are a twenty-minute drive, while the village of Montegranaro is two minutes away. The place is very clean, complete with everything. Spacious spaces, perfect for families and great for four-legged friends. Patrizia is really a very attentive host, as well as a full of tips for visiting local places. Definitely recommend. We'll be back, maybe for a longer stay!

Giglio apartment with the pool access

AntoniettaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. See you soon Antonia, you are wonderful hosts.

S. Giacomo Vacation home

AngelaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We stayed at Paolo's for a week, we had a great time. The area is wonderful and surrounded by nature with a wonderful view. There were 4 of us, two adults and two girls aged 5 and 2 plus our dog. The house is only 3 km from Cupra Marittima, you can reach the center and the various beaches in a very short time. The nearby villages have very nice historic centers to visit and comfortable even for dining outside. Paolo also offers bicycles that we did not use but comfortable given the distances. The house is equipped with air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, in short, all the necessary amenities. Paolo was really kind and helpful.
A cozy bedroom is featured, showcasing a spacious bed with soft linens and decorative pillows. Natural light filters through a large window, complemented by flowing curtains. A bedside table with lamps is visible, alongside a pink upholstered chair and framed photographs on the wall.

Aunt Elena Country Hause

GretelRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.
A charming outdoor view of the villa showcases a well-maintained stone pathway leading to a patio. The structure is surrounded by lush greenery, including trees and neatly trimmed grass, creating a serene atmosphere. Comfortable seating options are visible on the patio, inviting relaxation.
