Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Fermo

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. Un petit gîte adorable, très bien équipé avec une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine est propre et accessible. Daniele et son épouse sont des personnes adorables et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement et conseillons également le restaurant (cuisine simple et délicieuse avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix).

Zeer mooie omgeving, prachtig adembenemend uitzicht met mooie zonsondergangen. Luxe woning en alle voorzieningen aanwezig, alleen weinig comfortabele zitplaatsen binnen in de woning, 1 bankstel voor 2 personen. Er zijn wel veel muggen, dat maakt even buiten zitten overdag of s' avonds niet prettig. Rachelle en haar man zijn echt heel gastvrij en attent.

Die Unterkunft ist vor allem mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool, die Tiere und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten waren großartig. Tolentino, Macerata sind ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Die Gastgeberinnen waren gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Splendida casa allestita con molta cura, dal salone con la cucina molto attrezzata, al terrazzo che domina sulla piscina con la meravigliosa vista. Un grazie a Maria e Gianfilippo, molto discreti e disponibili all'occorrenza.

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

Séjour très agréable chez Lorena. Maison magnifique. On a adoré le week-end qu’on y a passé. Maison authentique et avec beaucoup de charme. Maison super équipée. Top!

Everything about the villa was perfect and beyond our expectations. Alessandro was a friendly and very attentive host. The villa was as beautiful as the pictures, it was spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. The views from the villa were stunning and only a 10 min drive to the sea with some lovely local vineyards to visit for wine tasting nibbles. Moresco was a beautiful medieval village only 10 mins drive away and well worth a visit. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back soon!

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

Das Haus ist sehr charmant und die Alleinlage bietet viel Privatsphäre und Platz für unsere laut spielenden Kinder. Die Anzahl an Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen ist super. Der Salzwasser Pool super schön und angenehm . Zum Richtig Schwimmen reicht er nicht, eher planschen und erfrischen. Das Haus ist was besonderes, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Für ganz kleine Kinder mit der Empore im Kinderzimmer und den Stufen schwierig. Unser jüngster ist 4, da war das kein Problem. Die Terasse ist super zum zusammensitzen! Toller Blick! Die Straße ist deutlich hörbar, das darf einen nicht stören. Verbesserungspotential gibts ganz wenig…bei der Küchenausstattung. (Scharfe Messer/Anzahl Schneidebretter,..) Und paar mehr Mückengitter. Ein paar fenster haben welche, Terassentür und Bäder leider nicht. Wir waren viel zu kurz da um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man kann sich bestimmt eine Woche gut beschäftigen mit Strandausflügen, Burgen, Städchen anschauen, Fernando kennt sich aus und hat viele Tipps!

Accoglienza degna di nota per quanto riguarda pulizia ed ordine. Bellissima struttura, posto fantastico e sopratutto gli host sono stati disponibili e gentilissimi ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Inoltre alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno voluto salutare con una bottiglia di vino del posto. Persone davvero fantastiche, Speriamo in futuro di poter alloggiare nuovamente in una loro struttura. La casa è in un’ottima posizione per chi cerca tranquillità tra le colline marchigiane e il mare, da lì poco distante. Grazie ancora 🔝❤️

Villa straordinaria, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili. Non manca davvero nulla: ogni ambiente è stato pensato per offrire un'esperienza unica, che rende il soggiorno indimenticabile. La piscina è semplicemente spettacolare, perfetta per momenti di relax totale. Valentina e Andrea sono padroni di casa eccezionali, sempre gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità, senza mai essere invadenti. La loro accoglienza rende l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole e familiare. Anche se il mare è a circa 15 minuti di auto, la tranquillità e bellezza della villa compensano ampiamente la distanza. Un luogo consigliatissimo per chi desidera una vacanza all'insegna del comfort, del relax e del panorama

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Villa Silente per una settimana e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è spaziosa, ben tenuta e molto pulita. La piscina è sicuramente il punto forte: grande, comoda e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Anche l’esterno è molto piacevole, con tanto spazio per mangiare all’aperto o semplicemente godersi un po’ di tranquillità. La zona è silenziosa e immersa nel verde, ma allo stesso tempo non troppo isolata – in macchina si arriva facilmente a tutti i servizi. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e attenti, senza essere invadenti. Una bella esperienza, che consiglieremmo senza dubbio a chi cerca una vacanza rilassante in una bella location.

La casa è bellissima. Noi abbiamo passato il capodanno in 15 persone e quindi era tutta per noi. La spa è il vero gioiello della casa, dalla quale si può ammirare lo splendido panorama. Maria Luisa è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o dubbio sia prima che durante il soggiorno.

Una settimana in Paradiso. Lo è stata davvero. Nadia gentilissima e disponibile. Il posto è stupendo. Quando siamo arrivati non credevamo ai nostri occhi. Veramente tutto questo è solo per noi? Dal 7 al 14 settembre siamo stati benissimo. Peccato per gli ultimi 2 giorni che è venuto freddo e siamo partiti prima. Sicuramente ci torneremo!!
