Great accommodation, Nicola hosted me well. The fact that a dedicated parking space is available nearby is very convenient and reassuring.

This has been our favourite airbnb stay ever! The room was so amazing and modern with everything we could possibly need. From the lights that change, round bed, bathroom set up and hidden cupboards we were so amazed at everything this accommodation had to offer. The gardens were so private and relaxing and although we did not get the weather to enjoy it fully we loved sitting out when the rain stopped. Pia is an amazing host with great communication and we strongly recommend this stay. Desenzano is a beautiful quiet town with good access to the ferry for adventures and the train for trips to Verona and Milan. We could ask for nothing more from this amazing accommodation and destination!!!

We had a great stay, everything was good! It‘s nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom and the outside area on the terrace is also quite nice. Communication with the hosts was super easy. The hob in the kitchen is quite small (only space for one pan), but there are restaurants nearby 😊 Thank you!

We had a great stay! The host was very welcoming and attentive to details – communication was clear and quick and check in was done smoothly. The place is exactly like the pictures: clean, well organized and with a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The area is quiet. We felt at home and we will definitely come back with love. We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Absolutely amazing place with the sweetest hosts you can imagine! The apartment was exactly as expected, large, clean and we felt welcome and at home. We received the warmest welcome and the sweetest tour. The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful during our visit and came with vegetables for us from their impressive kitchen garden. We enjoyed the surroundings, the private terrace and the small pool. It has been a really magical stay and we hope we get the opportunity to come back. What a paradise!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The apartment is large, clean and well-equipped. The safe garage for our car was especially practical. The pool was also clean and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are quiet, with a supermarket right next door. Both Desenzano and Sirmione are easily accessible by car or bus, even if they are not directly around the corner. The balcony is nice and large and offers a great place to linger. Lake Garda is very close – ideal for walks or cooling off. Communication with the host was absolutely great – fast, friendly and reliable. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with family and our dogs while visiting Lake Garda. The house and yard were perfect. Everything was clean and comfy and we felt right at home. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to explore around Garda.

We stayed at this B&B and were really impressed! The property is very well maintained, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is large, well maintained and completely fenced, also ideal for those traveling with animals. There is also a beautiful swimming pool and a barbecue for pleasant moments outdoors. The house has three bathrooms, which we really appreciated for the convenience. It is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the daily routine. Special thanks to Mara, the owner, always available and very kind.

The house is very cozy, William is very helpful with useful tips, we stayed a weekend and I must say that it was very relaxing, for those who go without the car it is also easy to reach from the station by taking a bus and the house is close to the stop, we also used the pool which was a pleasant touch. We'll definitely be back!

A heartfelt place to stay in your own peace, yet close to Desenzano. Buildings are old and picturesque, cozy, well cleaned. The best thing here was the people and the atmosphere of the host family. The accommodation included charming Italian breakfasts. The restaurant offers authentic Italian food, atmosphere and wonderful service for customers of all ages. Communication was smooth and we always got help with brainstorming as needed. In the yard, it was safe for children to move around, while at the same time you could pet cats and dogs.❤️ The nearby railway line is busy, which creates some noise. The sound insulation of the apartments is quite low, speech can be heard through the walls. The location is suitable for people who move a lot because of the walking distances, when traveling with children, the car was handy and allowed you to move along the lake coast and to shopping centers.

My adult family and I had a lovely stay here. The position is ideal, a few minutes' walk to the lake with restaurants and cafés close by. The town is delightful and it's also easy to access the ferry to other towns on the lake. The appartment is very spacious and has the best equipped kitchen I've experienced on air bnb. Everything was spotless and Kathy was keen to do everything possible to make our stay a success including arriving with pasta and sauce for us as we had a late flight! Would thoroughly recommend. (We booked a driver from Verona airport and I would also recommend him - Mauro at Ponti Easy Travel - for a pleasant and easy transfer.)

This unít is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the lago di garda area. It is convenient to get to many stunning towns, gardens, and water activities. The unit is clean and stylish. The host is the best we experienced in all of Italy, responsive, helpful, and very thoughtful. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I've stayed at over 100 airbnbs and Riccardo's is absolutely my favorite. An truly charming and well appointed log cabin in a stunning location, it was perfect. And Riccardo was the perfect host. Instructions to get to this off the beaten path place were crystal clear. it was a very very hot day and there was only one air conditioner and I asked for a fan. . And even though Riccardo said it wouldn't be necessary, one was delivered to the house within the hour. And he was right. That air conditioner worked great and cooled the entire house magnificently. My suggestion to all would be to bring someone you love and stay for a week. It is the perfect getaway. And treat yourself to one of the best pizzas you'll ever have in a restaurant that Riccardo recommended. Enjoy!

Like being at home, Olga waited for us until we arrived, since we were in the car and had taken traffic, we were two hours late. The house has all the comforts, the house is in a beautiful location. In my case, it was a move for about a month for work, and because of the location of the house, it was really convenient because outside the driveway I had the bus stop that took me right to the workplace. Refreshment activities, pizzerias, green space. Friendly neighbors and even my dogs had company. Great, if the company assigns me new activities, I'll consider it again.

Spacious, peaceful, and beautiful apartment with all amenities and easy to park. Take advantage of the private patio to dine outside, read, or just relax. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and quiet and only a short walk to the center of Piacenza. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Nicola for being such a wonderful host.

Excellent experience, the accommodation has indoor parking included in the price and this is definitely useful as it is a short walk from the ZTL. Valentina was extremely courteous, allowing us to park and pick up the car outside check-in and check-out hours. Very nice and cool accommodation, given the period structure (we wondered why there was no air conditioning: probably because it is not needed, 31° day but slept with pajamas and under the sheet), perfect location within walking distance from the heart of the city, a few meters from the XNL where exhibitions and events are held (we were also here for the Fattori exhibition) and the delicious Ricci Oddi art gallery (absolutely recommended). Great experience, certainly to be repeated when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

The instructions to get to the accommodation was great and there was a parking space for a car provided. We really enjoyed where the apartment is.
