Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Caserta

Available host, exceptional accommodation, everything in order and well furnished, equipped with anything you need, a clean, spacious and bright environment, equipped kitchen, a well-kept garden with a built-in barbecue equipped with utensils. My girlfriend and I had a nice relaxing day and we are fully satisfied with the property, definitely to be repeated. I recommend it...

The villa responds to what we were looking for: a comfortable accommodation to sleep four couples, each with its own room and bathroom, and close to the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. It is inside a large gated estate (Villa Ortensia) with several buildings in its interior and wide green areas and perfect paths for walking, sports, parking vehicles, etc... 1 hour drive from Naples and about half an hour from Caserta.

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

This was a very comfortable home, and not just a sparely furnished rental, but an interesting and elegant space. The outside living was excellent. Giuseppe was on the ball and communicated promptly and with a good sense of humour.

We had a great long weekend at Enrico his villa. It was a very nice and clean place. Well organized. A beautifull garden and a lovely pool. We as a family of 4 had a great 5 days. Would recommend for everyone. Enrico is a great host. Very supportive and helpful. A very kind host.

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

Beautiful location and wonderfully quiet and beautiful views ! Nice walking from the house. No busy hiking trails, but bring your navigation.

We thought it was a very nice house. It is furnished with a lot of love and attention and has all the comforts. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very nice. Outside on the terrace and by the pool you could sit, with beautiful views of the hills. The outdoor shower and pool were also very nice. Raffaele, Floriana and Alessandro were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed it.

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

We were here for a short trip, and it was important to just get to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment on the outskirts of town was perfectly suited for this. It was well equipped, so you could relax well there after a busy day. There was a parking spot in front of the door. It is advisable to have a few ten cent coins ready, as a coin must be inserted for each ride to the 5th floor by elevator. From the balcony, you have a great view of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. There is also a large bed with a real duvet. Antonio was always available and could always help even with small problems.

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

We loved staying in Caiazzo, and this was the perfect location. We were right in the center, within walking distance of everything. We ate at Pepe In Grani but also decided to stay for two days because the town was so charming. The room looked just as beautiful in person as in the photos, and our host was always there when we needed him. He met us on the main road in town, brought us to the apartment, and even helped with the luggage!! Thank you for making our stay in Caiazzo so special!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Vincenzo's apartment. It is a quiet cottage with a lovingly maintained garden with fresh herbs and lemons. An idyllic place to spend your vacation. The house is well maintained and you feel very comfortable. Vincenzo gave us very good recommendations for the area. A car is a must here on site. We'll be very happy to come back :)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed in this accommodation for work reasons,the best place to relax and feel at home,if not better,after a long and strenuous work day, the very nice host,polite as few people now, has always made the most with the BnB,and with the tenant in order to ensure maximum comfort, it was a treat for a tiring trip PS. The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is beautiful and only a few minutes drive from Cassino. It is calm and the garden is the perfect place to chill. We had a lovely stay !

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.
