Vacation rentals in Proceno

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

It's located in the southern part of Tuscany, so it's a bit far from Florence, so I was a bit hesitant at first, but when I saw the photos of the accommodation, the facilities were so good that I made a reservation. Upon arrival, the resident staff kindly helped me check in and explained things. There was a separate parking lot, and I couldn't swim because of the season, but there was also a great outdoor swimming pool. The moment we opened the door to the room, we were in awe of the beautiful scenery of Tuscany that unfolded. Kianti wine was prepared as a welcome drink, and all the facilities were so great and perfect for the two couples to use. In the evening, I went to Castello di Fighine Rostorante, a nearby two-star Michelin restaurant. After about 15 minutes on a quiet, unpaved mountain road, there was a restaurant in a castle on a hill. Indeed, the food and service were so great as expected of a Michelin restaurant. In conclusion, it was a shame that I could only stay one day at this place, and I really wanted to come and stay comfortably next time.

Our stay at Agriturismo Monsole was fantastic! The house was very clean and well maintained. The views were amazing, and it was an extremely peaceful location. Carmela was a great host, very welcoming, and was very helpful in organizing a cooking class as well as providing recommendations of activities to do.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

We really enjoyed our holidays at Alessandro's Place! The view from the house is amazing, it's well equipped and clean. The host was very sympathic and helpful, we would like to come back again one day😊
