While staying here you have access to all of the facilities which include two shower houses, a game room, a laundry room, two small playgrounds, horseshoes, and a general store that sells beer and wine. The cabin is a studio camping cabin. It has two Queen beds, a table and chairs, a microwave and a small refrigerator. There is also a propane grill on the porch. Please note that bedding is not included and the bathroom is not inside the cabin.

This is an old mercantile converted into a 2 bedroom with partition wall rental. It has 2 queen beds, and a twin day bed with trundle pull out. Located on a gravel main street! Close to many local attractions. We have a cooktop and a BBQ, but there is no oven at this location. This room was very nice in the downtown area of a really cute town. There was plenty to do nearby and a great walking trail. The spa amenities advertised were available. Julia was proactive in her communication and provided all the information needed to make our stay great. I would recommend this room, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

A modern outpost is nestled among tall pine trees in a sunlit forest clearing. The structure features a large glass wall, providing a view of the serene natural surroundings and the soft golden sunlight filtering through the trees.

This was an amazing little place surrounded by beautiful nature! I really enjoyed having a bonfire and cooking over the fire. I also loved that there was an option for an indoor or outdoor shower and both were very clean and nice. The tiny cabin was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable! It had both air conditioning and a very pretty fireplace for heat. I loved it here and didn't want to leave!

From when we booked till the first day, Tim was always responsive with questions, he even went out of his way to get a high chair for our toddler and had a pack n play available as well. He provided alot of the essentials that included dishware, soap for showering and even to wash clothes. He provided firewood and everything needed for the firepit as well. Once we unpacked for the week, it felt like we were at home. Peaceful area and the home is beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a place in South Dakota.

My husband and I stayed at The Cabin for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we loved every single minute of it. The Cabin itself was pristine and the location was beautiful and peaceful. Darcy was an incredible and very amenable hostess with great local recommendations. The Cabin is located in a relatively remote, and very peaceful area with plenty of sightseeing available, varying from 20-140 minutes of driving. It was perfect and we absolutely intend to return!!

Great place for a quick stay while we passed through the Black Hills area. Clean, comfortable room and very easy check-in/check-out process. We did wish there were hot food options for breakfast, it is only a sparse continental breakfast.

A circular fire pit made of stone blocks is set amidst a gravel area, surrounded by logs positioned for seating. Native plants and rocks form a natural backdrop, complemented by stone steps ascending the hillside, creating an inviting outdoor space.

Red Sands Ridge is picturesque The drive was the first grand delight. Each day we drove by free range cows with little calves, deer & a heard of buffalo. When arrived we were greeted and showed to our room. Our room was spacious with good amenities including a large flat screen tv (husband loved) fluffy towels and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Bed and linen were both superb and we both slept exceptionally. Access to the lodge is via a well maintained dirt road about 15 minute drive off the paved road. If you are looking for private and secluded location this is the place for you. Its about a 20 miles out of Custer, with a magnificent drive. Enjoy!
