The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

I’d definitely stay at Shaun’s place again. I like to have fun but when it’s time to rest & relax I prefer a peaceful quiet setting and Shaun’s place provided that. Always hit me back right away if I had any questions and just made the whole process very easy and we loved his place we’ll definitely be staying there from now on when we go to Vegas!

Beautiful cul-de-sac home with an open floor design that was very nicely decorated. The property was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. Several bedrooms & multiple bathrooms. Pool and plenty of outdoor space. Supermarkets were practically around the corner. Responsive owner. Property highly recommended. I’d rent it again.

Corinna was an amazing host and very communicative and flexible. My flight arrived earlier than it was supposed to and she was very hospitable and allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was much appreciated. During our stay we were amazed at all amenities, it has everything you needed and to cook a great meal . The house was very clean and the pool table area was very fun! All the rooms were very beautiful and clean which added to our relaxing stay. The pool was clean and very big which we enjoyed. Corinna was a great hospitable host and we would love to book again! House was amazing the back yard with the pool and all the outdoor games was my favorite. Nice neighborhood. Loved everything about this house inside and out.

Felt right at home. Not to far from the strip and places to eat. Has great entertainment for our family. Free of clutter and nice and clean. My family enjoyed every moment there.

The perfect place to stay. We relaxed poolside, played games and watched movies in comfort. The location was so convenient. We were minutes from shows and everything Vegas has to offer. We stayed for 2 nights and we were glad we book this place. It was beautiful and spacious enough to host 10 of us. location was quiet, peaceful and close by to the strip (under 30mins). Due to the summer heat, the pool was convenient for us to take a dip and cool off. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again. Our host, Emily was responsive, over all experience was great.

I really enjoyed staying at Edna's place in Vegas. It was so close to the strip, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home was very clean, cozy and had more than enough space for us 6 ladies. We loved the esthetics with the modern touches which perfectly matched the photos listed. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect, and supplies were provided to make our stay amazing. Edna was quick with her response and checked in with us to see how our stay is going. We are so looking forward to our next stay, Edna is the BEST! <3

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Hosts were flexible and responsive, especially when I needed to extend my stay last minute. The place was peaceful and perfect for our dogs thanks to the spacious backyard. One note for EV drivers: the Tesla charger didn’t work with our Polestar 2 (likely due to amperage differences), but we were able to use our 120V charger just fine—it was slower, but did the job. Probably no issue for Teslas! Would definitely stay again!

My stay at this Airbnb was wonderful! The accommodation was an experience. Bobby definitely made it feel like a home away from home. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and always made sure if I needed anything he was right there. The location allowed easy access to local stores and it was very close to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here the neighborhood gives quiet luxury living.

Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!
