This property was amazing and the host was nice and communicated well. The property was so spacious and beautiful the two balconies had amazing views and the vibe was outstanding!!! I will deff stay here again when visiting Las Vegas!!!!!

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is super well stocked for anything you might need if you wanted to use the air b and b as a mini apartment away from home. It was peaceful, cute and clean. Instructions to get in were easy and clear and the neighborhood was really quiet and nice.

I enjoyed staying at Karen’s. My boyfriend and I went over there for a basketball tournament. It was close to the basketball center. I enjoyed the house it was very clean and fresh. I was able to bring my dog because the yard is separate. I would definitely come back and I would recommend staying here. Karen was kind and replied to my messages quickly.

To start with, Imelda's place is VERY clean, probably one of the cleanest AirBnB's we ever stayed. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place, away from the strip madness, this is your place, don't look any further. The apartment is modernly equipped and decorated, SmartTV, great WiFi, new appliances, everything is spotless clean and organized even inside the cabinets. Plenty of towels, cleaning and kitchen supplies, and most importantly everything looks fairly new. Imelda was very responsive, gave us great restaurants recommendations around the area. The mattresses in both bedrooms are firm but comfortable. The parking spot is covered and right on the front steps. We visited the Red Rock mountains, which are 15 min away and they're beautiful. Overall, this place is top notch and highly recommended.

This place was amazing—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a great view. I had zero issues during my stay. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and even allowed me to extend my checkout time, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time I’m in Vegas. Highly recommended!

Very happy I stayed with Marco and Gabriella! They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the strip but far enough to offer a quiet place to relax after a long day of events. The place was exactly as described and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Make sure you purchase bottled water before because the apartment kitchen is completely empty besides included coffee and tea.

I had a wonderful stay during my visit to Las Vegas along with my colleague. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Yandis was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Great location and overall a great experience—highly recommended!

Easy stay! There was a few things that maybe could use some updating (normal wear) other wise for the price, location, view, accessibility to restaurants, access to easy concierge, and responsiveness of Elad this was an amazing stay!

Had a great experience here—needed a place for a long-term stay and this condo was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, close to everything you need, only about 15ish min to the strip and the airport. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had great storage space, which made settling in so much easier. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful—anytime we had a question or small issue, they were quick to respond and resolve it right away. We really appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and exactly what we needed and wanted. It truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and comfortable. The home was amazing! Better than the photos! Jamie and her family were there, as well, and they were very accommodating, friendly & kind. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place with a beautiful view. We loved it!

Stayed here with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday. Great location! Close to everything and away from all the chaos. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing was the guy at the counter where they give you the wristbands at check in. He wanted to give me a "free" gift after I take a tour of the grounds the next morning. He would not take no for an answer and was very aggressive. After telling him no 4 times (!) I had to just grab the wristbands and leave. Not the fault of the host since its a time share, but just be aware. Highly recommended!

Excellent place close to the Strip. The views were AMAZING! They were very attentive and communicative. The amenities and pool courtesy were very nice to have as well. It takes a while to receive your security deposit - still waiting on mine.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway! This was our first time in Las Vegas, and staying at Christian and Mariana’s place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway after exploring the city. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with high-quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The attention to detail made everything feel effortless. Christian and Mariana were wonderful hosts—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Met all expectations and beyond. Fantastic space.
