Marijana is a warm and friendly host. The place was very clean, the location just fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Mirjana and her son are very friendly. We, a couple with a dog, felt very comfortable in the cozily furnished house with beautiful fenced property. The ocean view from the terrace and also roof terrace is beautiful. In the apartment, including kitchen, everything is available and works. 100% recommendation.

A wonderful little cottage with a large terrace and a shady garden below. Inside a well-equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, even with shower foam, a dining room with couch and 2 bedrooms with very good mattresses. Everything you need was available and we felt very comfortable. 2 min. to the beach was ideal for child and dog. The markets are a few minutes away by car and there is a small bar on the beach! The sea is calm, clean and great for families! I had to go a little further with the dog, but that was not worth mentioning. Unfortunately, we had to vacate the parking spaces opposite our house on the 2nd day, but a large parking space (unfortunately in the sun) was not so far away! All in all, a nice, relaxing vacation!

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa with clever design.The room is as clean as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

We were personally welcomed by the two hosts and given a tour of the beautiful property. Since we arrived late in the evening, they had even prepared an antipasti platter for us so we wouldn't go hungry — a very thoughtful gesture and by no means a given. Throughout our stay, they were always available for any questions and extremely helpful. The host’s father, who lives next door, treated us with pancakes and local delicacies, which made our stay even more delightful. Aside from the wonderful, spacious accommodation with plenty of room for the kids and areas to relax, it was an exceptionally pleasant stay — made even more special by the warmth and effort of the hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful flowery house! In the quiet you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has great tips for discovering the region.

The place was just awesome! The furnishings are really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or even Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and was something of the best we had so far.

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of it immediately! At the end of our vacation, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not accept, because we had already planned other activities....a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths for walking the dog were wonderful!

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

An absolutely fantastic stay! From the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The place was sparkling clean and super furnished. Everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation is there. Everything was exactly as described - if not better! We would like to highlight the warm communication and cooperation with the host - Anita - attentive, helpful and always available without being intrusive. Anita is an all-round perfect host and leaves nothing to be desired. The location was ideal: quiet, yet close to everything you need. Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Excellent Stay at Villa Storia! Our stay was excellent for the following reasons: the property matched the Airbnb description perfectly, there were plenty of activities and games (especially the heated pool, which our kids loved), and the hosts were very friendly. Highly recommend!

A very modern, fully furnished apartment. Very, very clean!!! Beautiful interior and great location.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful vacation and we highly recommend this beautiful house. Just as shown in the pictures 👌

This was THE BEST vacation ever. Perfect location, perfect host, nature, beach in front of the house....... Don't think twice, this is a place to stay for the soul and body. We'll be coming again for sure! Thanks Mare and thanks to Dad of Mara for transferring our things.

This beautiful accommodation was really the best for us. In the garden there was a small path that led directly to the pebble beach. In general, the property was so beautiful and idyllic that it felt like a home away from home. On the balcony, you could enjoy the evening hours and let the wet swimming clothes dry very well after a long day at the beach. In general, the apartment was close to local supermarkets (small but also larger) and also a national park. We were greeted super nicely and the landlords were also available for questions at any time for the rest of the time. They were super sweet! Thank you for everything!

Beautifully located cottage, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible by road. Very nice modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful Fisherman's House Magda is. We were able to enjoy a wonderful break, far away from noise, stress and deadlines. Surrounded by nature and right by the sea. The Fisherman's House is furnished with so much attention to detail that you feel right at home. To top it all off, there is a breathtakingly beautiful garden and jetty right in front of the house. I will never forget the sunrises and sunsets. A wonderful place for anyone who wants to get away from everyday life.

Dream location and cabin - we couldn’t have wished for anything better to rest, resource, and discover this beautiful region

Our vacation was just magnificent. We fully enjoyed the silence and the sea. We enjoyed the privacy, no crowds of people on the beach, screaming and squealing children. We moved away from the hustle and bustle, as if we had been to a psychologist. Sanin is the hostess's father and his dog Lou is very nice. They were nearby but we didn't notice them. The restaurant is about 10-15 minutes by car. I'm sure we'll go there again and again.

the stay at this flat was everything we wished for. we chose it because of the beautiful view and terrace, and that was where we spent most of the time. a really beautiful beach is in walkable distance (2-3 minutes). the hosts were very nice and responsive, if something came up they answered instantly. they made us feel very welcome!
