Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

The house is completely renovated and furnished in an older style with selected furniture and materials. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there is a smaller restored barn with a sauna, a professional 6D massage chair and a relaxation corner that we can arrange as an additional fifth bedroom. In the parking lot at the side of the house, free use of the EV charging point, only for the guests of the house.

All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

Our house is situated on a small hill near to the Cerknica Lake which disappears in the summer but offers an amazing insight into its Karst bed. This had been our family home for 14 years until 2013 when we moved to Germany and we love spending our summers there. For us, it is a perfect retreat from the busy life in a big city and we enjoy the calmness of the unspoiled nature around the house. Please treat it with respect!
