Lovely home on Peaks Island! Rhonda is such a warm, friendly host and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Modern East End studio, perfect Portland home base

KatieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The apartment was perfectly clean and the location was great for walking into town. Nothing fancy, but the apartment has everything you need (including cozy towels) and a well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. I noticed some reviews mentioned a musty smell and got a little nervous as I'm very sensitive, can confirm that on a rainy weekend in May this was absolutely not an issue. Thanks Ian!

Large, spacious, and eclectic Room, Private Bath

PatienceRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Gail’s place was immaculate, comfortable and in a great location. It’s large room with several comfy chairs, a mini-fridge, microwave and tea and coffee service. It’s a basement room with windows and a private entrance and driveway parking. She warned me about her dogs upstairs but they were incredibly well behaved and understood quiet hours so I didn’t hear from them. It was a lovely stay.

Cute Craftsman Bungalow home w/ fenced in yard

NicoleRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Kevin's place worked really well for my two dogs and myself. There is a fenced in back yard. I liked the setup of the primary bedroom with the attached full bath and laundry. Comfortable bed! Very quiet neighborhood and very convenient to access other areas of Portland. I really appreciated the back deck setup. I need to find the comfy chair they have out back for my own home! Clean and usable kitchen. Nice stack of Maine materials and recommendations for local items to check out. Overall, a very pleasant stay, thank you!

Maryann is SUCH a treasure! She really is the hostess with the mostest! Gives great recommendations, homemade coffee and treats, and if you mention you like something, she might get it for you! Making this Philly girl a wannabe Maine resident! Couldn’t recommend more.

Airy Room in Antique Victorian - SOPO

HenriqueRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I thought it was great! It was exactly what the pictures and descriptions said it would be. The only thing I would watch out for is if you get the AIRY room it does face the street so you can hear cars passing by. I didn’t wake up at night because of it but I’m also not a light sleeper so it might be different for you. But like I said. This was probably the most accurate depiction of any place I’ve ever stayed at. So if it looks good to you on the app it’ll look good to you in person.
