We are located in downtown Pikeville, within a very short walk to Pikeville Medical Center and UPike. Enjoy the conveniences of a full kitchen and a quiet area where you can expect a peaceful night's sleep on a quality mattress. There is one queen bed and also a twin rollout bed. Street parking is available in front of the house only. (Please don’t park in the driveway or block it.) We have door code entry so there's no need to hassle with keys. We have a smartTV (no cable) and free Wifi.

Larry and his wife were very friendly and responded quickly when I was lost… lol The place was so clean and the bed was very comfortable and linens and blanket was like being at home. Everything I needed was there. I would highly recommend. Oh yeah! There were cold drinks in the fridge and snacks available when I arrived. Bonus

The house was perfect!! My son was getting married in Prestonburg and I needed a place for a lot of family! The house was perfect! My son and all his groomsmen love to golf so being right on the golf course made it for a great time!! The views from the house are beautiful, The house is just minutes from town and Jenny Wiley state park , The golf course is a Ten out of ten nicest course we ever golfed it was absolutely beautiful, the home was incredible very clean and comfortable, my family hated to leave

Very pleased with our stay. The children loved it and had a blast! We caught a big blue catfish, several bluegill and a bass. The pond was definitely a Huge bonus eith the cabin. Highly recommend and will be back in the future!

We had a great time on our trip for the Hatfield-McCoy Marathon. The location was perfect for the race and to get to other local attractions like Matewan and Pikeville. We did not use the location for a UTV trip, but it is set up perfect for a family or guy's trip.

The entrance features a white door with a decorative glass panel, inviting guests inside. A welcome mat with a vintage car design lies on the wooden porch, which is framed by light beige siding. A wall-mounted light fixture is positioned beside the door.
